i have risen to inform everyone it’s the 18th anniversary of william and pete getting locked in a closet together

the genuine love pete seemed to have for william will never fail to make me MELT. like the way he just talked about him constantly with complete admiration. they understood each other, the big mess music video really proved that. the concept behind william fighting with his “evil” self which is just a metaphor for his bad thoughts and feelings and the way he acts towards everyone when he’s at his lowest. the way the first person he thinks of to call when he feels this way is pete and pete is just like “yeah happens to me all the time” like they GOT EACH OTHER. they were both a complete mess but they were beautiful together BECAUSE they understood each other and didn’t fault each other for their flaws because they knew what it was like to feel a certain way and to be spiraling and to have ups and downs.
