When getting healthy, we can’t just focus on one aspect of our lives, such as physical health, or we will be out of balance and most likely feel unhappy or unfulfilled in some way. We’ve got Emotional, Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health that we have to constantly care for and balance. I want to share with everyone how I’m trying to do that so that hopefully people see what I’m doing and feel inspired. If a recovering addict who only used to focus on himself and was completely hopeless and miserable at one point can work on transforming himself into his best version, maybe you’ll think you can make a few positive changes too? That’s my hope anyway. I truly love all of you and want the best. Even if we disagree in our lifestyle choices and beliefs, hopefully we can agree that we can do a little better today than we did yesterday.
