👋😚 I just wanted to post a video of what our workout looked like today. I stayed at 135#s cause I really need to nail my form before going up. My issue seems to be lack of hamstring mobility...which caused my back to round when I'm setting up from the "top down" set-up (method from the book #becomingasuppleleopard by Kelly Starrett👀📕) So tonight I worked on setting up from a 'bottom-up' position and resetting before each deadlift. That way I can keep my spine in neutral and pull tension out of the bar without compromising my set-up. Still reading and still learning, but getting closer I think.🙊 I really wanna get this right...and be legit pro like @petitefi is with her lifts!!!👌💪 #goodnight er'rybody 😴💤
