Protein pancakes were the real MVP today βΊ ...low carb, high protein and super delicious! . I made a huge batch this morning....and had it as my breakfast, pre workout and post workout...LOL! Current feels πΆ. I felt absolutely defeated in today's workout. Got my leg depletion out of the way...but MAN! π£ it really took a lot out of me. Thank goodness for my sweet buddy, @beastmodemanda, by my side killn' it with me π₯π₯π₯π―. . What a typical depletion workout looks like for me: β«12 sets for each muscle group β«15 reps for each set β«usually split across 2 days (I like to split the body up for 6 sets for each group... full body styled and then do it again the next day π to equal 12 total from each group) β«πππ . LOL. THIS GIRL RIGHT HERE (literally on the right π) has been killing it for only 5 weeks and has already made huge physique changes -- losing up to 2 inches on her hips, thighs, waist and chest AND has gained a whole heck load of strength...and well... π a new lifestyle routine of consistently working out, eating well and feeling confident! πͺ . I am only 3 weeks in and I'm already seeing awesome progress! (...even on my skin shade...LOL) Pushing hard for these 90 days of my #UltimateShredDown focus has been paying off...This time around nothing is getting in my way! π . Focus, determination, consistency... RESULTS. Imagine what the next few weeks will bring!!!π . Currently on the road back home from up north over the long weekend, you bet I carb loaded as planned and stuck to the other two days as planned! I still enjoyed good food but was conscious of my choices and when I was hungry vs. craving or have a "fear of missing out" and adhered regardless! .
