Weighed myself today just because I was curious
and also because when I weighed myself last week it was after my cycle ended. Good thing I did. I'm between 240.5 and 241.1 now. Weird but okay lol I did say I weighed about 239 lbs before (what with all the minor fluctuations) so it makes sense. But still...weird. Anyway. My girlfriend has been giving me the motivation to do yoga! We've been doing Jessamyn's "Everybody Yoga" bundle for three days now. It's intense but fun, especially with her ❤ That's also been pushing me to get back into doing my squats routine 😬 So yes. These are all the updates I've got for now!
