I'm going to be honest here. I always thought that putting weed barrier and bark / mulch over the top of your flower beds was the lazy way out. I figured if you're going to have flower beds you should be able to Weed and maintain them. Until last year when I had my hubby rip out my garden and lay sod where it was. It was heaven to plant my veggies in pots and in my flower beds. Fast forward to this year... See those flower beds? Yeah....
