Day 16 of #SeptTextileLove is line. A single straight stitch is a line therefore all my work is made up of lines; shaded, blended, contrasting, merging, outlined and sometimes hidden. I decided to choose a thread sketched piece where I used a black thread to ‘draw’ lines directly on the blank fabric. I then added appliquéd pieces of printed cotton.
