it’s all more than safe— dropping harry is not going to happen but if it did, there’s only about ten feet to the floor, totally survivable, hardly dangerous & peter is thankful that the other is even giving it a shot, he knows how unsettling it is for his friend but— time to conquer the fear.

a quick shot of webbing to the center of the tall ceiling & peter secures his arm around harry’s waist, pulling him against his body on the narrow bookcase ladder & he pushes off the rung beneath his feet, swinging them in an easy arc across the length of the room. feet plant firmly on the glass table top when he drops them both down on to it.
