FINALLY! After 4 days and so much delicious food that I may never recover, I got my Painter’s Palette Completer Cookie! It’s super cute and can be earned by collecting 5 stamps for 5 specific foods, each of which I have posted. They include: the Blue Corn Papusa, Remy’s Ratatouille, Pistachio Cake, the Pistachio Panna Cotta, and the Mouskoutchou. My favourites were definitely the Panna Cotta and the Mouskoutchou. Get the Steak Tartare that came highly recommended by Disney Castmembers. They also have a planted based Salt-roasted Beet Tartare. Find both at the Painted Palate. ⠀ How was it? The Steak Tartare is salt cured so definitely grab a drink at this pavilion. It was beautifully presented and quite good. The soft boiled quail egg was lovely. After 4 delicious days and 1 last lunch, I FINALLY completed my culinary trip around the world! Inside the Festival Pavilion, you will find Festival Favorites and another stamp towards your festival cookie. I got the Remy’s Ratatouille and the Lemon Blood-Orange Tart. ⠀ How was it? First of all, the Remy’s Ratatouille lives up to its namesake and features sliced vegetables versus diced. It was very good if a little messy. The Lemon Blood-Orange Tart was both delicious and beautiful. I loved the glittery orange coulis garnish on the plate. The pastry itself was not as flaky as I like. In the end, I enjoyed both and would recommend them. The perfect end to a Disney Day is a quick pop over to an Epcot Festival for dinner and The French Pavilion makes the best aperitif. I had the Moelleux à la Framboise et aux Chocolats Valrhona and the Frozen French Martini. ⠀ How was it? The Chocolats had a molten center with a dusting of powdered sugar and drizzle of raspberry syrup. It was good. Not the best desert at the Festival of the Arts or even the best option at the French Pavilion. The Frozen French Martini was stellar, and the lemon lime foam was a nice touch. My take away? Get the Passion Fruit Mousse at Vibrante & Vívido between Morocco and France. ⠀ How was it? The Passion Fruit Mousse with the Dragon Fruit Jam was divine. One of my favs so far! Next stop: Japan with an interactive offering at Goshiki Kitchen. I tried to DIY Stone Garden featuring Red Bean Mousse, Chocolate Rocks, and Arare Rice Cracker Pebbles. While I didn’t try, I’m also adding a photo of the Sushi Donuts. ⠀ How was it? The Stone Garden cute. What do you think of my final design? The mousse was a could have been smoother, but the chocolate rocks were delish. On to the center of the World Showcase, the America Pavilion. Find traditional dishes at The Artist’s Table. My favourite is not edible however. I adore the chocolate flights, and luckily there are two versions: one for those who drink (Symphony in Chocolate Flight) and one for those who don’t (Sipping Chocolate Flight). ⠀ How was it? I adore this option and get it every year. The chocolate comes in dark, milk, and white and is topped with Mozart Cream Liqueurs. buongiorno Buongiorno! Find L’Arte di Mangiare and a delicious sweet treats and pasta classics. I enjoyed the Bomboloni and the Ameretto Bellini. ⠀ How was it? It was very good. I really enjoyed the Bomboloni with cream filling and raspberry sauce. The Amaretto Bellini was refreshing.
