Who is, like, your favorite history person?

ahhhhhh,  this is a really great question because i hate love so many of them, like..... history is just so fascinating to me because  every single person  of the past had some sort of impact on the world - no matter what, they at least changed one person, they helped one person, they hindered one person, they altered the future that we’re living in today.  fdjkal;ds anyways i have an affinity for american history just because i’m american rifp me, and my  top two  are us presidents, actually:  fdr and james monroe.

it really comes down to who i can just go one about for hours and hours, and that’s gotta be james monroe, like......  this man, you guys don’t even fucking know.  i mean, he was the first us president to ride a fucking steamboat, so jot that down.  he literally had the  biggest  crush on thomas jefferson, i shit you not.  he was the  first  across the delaware  (  you can actually see him holding the flag here ),  he gave up schooling to join the revolution, but got shot in the shoulder and nearly died from blood loss and later, infection, and was forced to stay on the sidelines.  and then comes thomas fucking jefferson, and literally?? james monroe wanted to be him, i shit you not.  lawyer? check. politician? check. living within 5 miles of each other? check. died on the 4th of july? check. 

he spent like 40k of congressional savings for furnishing the white house on expensive wines from france.  he was constantly smoking hemp, like constantly. he was such an icon  i love him so much

san francisco by far!!! i love california too much and everything about the weather and the community and the weird people and just... it’s everything that where i live isn’t, and it’s been my favorite place for so long now, i just...... adore it. it’s so so so so so so so lovely and it 10000% owns my heart.

honestly, as an american sign language interpreter at disneyland. helping Deaf people in my (second) favorite place on earth, and just....... idk it just seems like it would be so wonderful, esp because there’s such a shortage of interpreters in disneyland and in the world in general. (another dream job would be an interpreter for a show like snl, etc.)
