Just a rant, please don’t read on if talk about, food, weight loss and body image is triggering

I put on a lot of weight over the years due to trauma and emotional eating because of it and different medications.

Now I did loose a good amount of weight but I’m low back where I started and I’m so disappointed in myself…but also half the time I think people prefer other people because I’m the plus size girl, I’m not slim, I’m fat (not in a bad way jus that’s what I am) and yes I’m trying to loose weight but if you’ve not done it, you don’t know how fucking hard it is mentally, to ensure you’re doing it safely to have to count everything because if you don’t it just doesn’t work for you, believe me I’ve tried intuitive eating.

Anyway just a vent/rant that I hate how people treat you differently depending on your body. 😭😭
