A flavorful and nutritious Paleo beef and cabbage stir-fry.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 cups green cabbage, shredded. 1 carrot, julienned. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp coconut aminos. 2 tbsp coconut oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add garlic, cabbage, carrot, and red bell pepper. Saut until vegetables are tender. Stir in coconut aminos. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot. Enjoy!
