Retired Beekeeper Sherlock is Go
My dad is a HUGE fan of the Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce films. I was talking to him about the theory that the timeline is messed up and the Six Thatchers was an old case, and he mentioned something awesome.
In the Rathbone version of the Six Napoleons, just before Holmes breaks open the last bust, Watson asks him what he will do if the Black Pearl of the Borgias isn’t inside.
Holmes replies, “Then I shall retire to Sussex and keep bees.”
