🧡 Beel hcs/thoughts to give him more depth cause solmare won't do it and he deserves so much better!

• he struggles with survivor's guilt. maybe if he was stronger or a little faster he could've saved Lilith, maybe if he was smarter he could've seen it coming... maybe she could've lived if HE took the blow instead, maybe he thinks it should have been him. how does he deal with that? • he is a bit too overprotective of his brothers and the MC after what he has been through. he gets really upset and feels very guilty at the slightest injury. why was he not there to prevent it??? he can get really upset if it is another person causing the harm & has to be calmed down. • he works out religiously to stay in shape but also to always be at his strongest. if anything threatens his family (including the MC) he wants to be in top shape. he might not be dependable with emotions (he is wrong) but he can compensate by being extremely strong physically. • he eats a lot because of his sin but what if there was also more to that? perhaps he overeats to try and fill the void he feels inside, and he can never succeed so he continues binging. maybe thats why the MC helps with his hunger? how does he feel about that? • he has a huge breakdown after the day Belphie kills MC. he is torn between his twin whom he loves more than anything in the world vs MC, who he absolutely adores. how does he deal with that? does he get a bit jumpy any time Belphie is with MC? maybe he unconsciously puts himself between Belphie and MC every time they are interacting, kind of like he is shielding them with his body? how long does it take for him to get comfortable with that? how do the twins work through that? • his sin scares him a lot. when it takes over, he changes completely from the affectionate and caring demon to a creature that must CONSUME and that bothers him to no end. maybe he starts avoiding the MC for a long time because of that? he is TERRIFIED he might hurt them or worse, + what if he loses control and does something that can't be saved with a band-aid or a simple stitch? what if he becomes the reason his family has to grieve once again? how does the MC find this out? how do they work through it? • there is a tiny bit of tension between Beel and Belphie because they start relying on someone other than each other for the first time in ages. does Belphie feel betrayed that Beel does not come to him after nightmares anymore? does Beel feel a sting every time he finds Belphie draped over them instead of him? how do they work through that? do they have a conversation about it or does it go away with time? • MC feels a shift in their bed every other night because Beel has nightmares about losing them a lot & needs to hold them close & feel their heartbeat to prove to himself that they are here and safe. he feels very guilty for waking them up when it happens for the first time but MC does not mind at all and comforts him as much as he needs. since it happens so often, they don't really get woken up anymore but they still unconsciously hold him close and that's all the reassurance Beel needs to fall back to a peaceful slumber. • the aftermath of the MC shielding him from Lucifer!! how could they do that?? HE is the one who is supposed to be the shield! how could he live with himself if something happened to them because of it?? it haunts him for a long time and he ends up having a heart to heart with the MC. that is exactly when they realize he has very low self-worth and that he thinks he is expendable. when the MC tells him they think he is wrong & he means a lot to them, he can't help but cry. • he gives THE BEST hugs in the goddamn universe. if anything upsets the MC, they just have to walk up to him & curl around him. no questions asked unless they want to talk about it. if he really has to eat then he will literally carry them around. nope... not letting go. • he is really perceptive, especially when it comes to people's emotions. if the MC needs to get out of a situation or if they want something but cant say it out loud, they just have to make eye contact with Beel. he immediately knows what to do. this sometimes creeps out the people around them. except for belphie, of course. they already communicate telepathically most of the time.
