Frosty likes the snowy pillow and the thick cooling pad in my app, but the wiki does say they like lots of other toys! I think frisky bits are fine for them though. But they were the last rare cat I got a memento from (excluding the newest ones)

frosty wouldn't show up for me AT ALL until I started putting out sashimi
