Oh my GOSH - I just wanted to say, I devoured 'A Power Unbound' over the past couple of days, and liked it SO MUCH. I loved how the themes came together and flowed into each other (off the top of my head, power/control/responsibility/duty/accountability/promises/trust), with positive and negative twists/leanings, at individual and group level, in relationships/interactions both romantic/sexual and not. I loved to see Violet and Maud and Edwin and Robin from a different perspective, and I really enjoyed seeing the results of the work they'd been doing since book 2 (bc. of course they'd been working things through), and I loved the various twists and turns of the plot (the seeds of which had been placed so well throughout the text before that), and I lovedlovedLOVED Alan and Jack - oh my GOSH. It was delightful and awesome and great. Thank you!
thank you so much! you've mentioned here some of the things I worked hardest on (drawing out the themes, laying the seeds of the plot early in the book) so it's wonderful to hear that you think they worked.
