Absolutely! Repulsions are just attitudes, not sexualities, and anyone of any sexuality or romantic orientation can have any attitude towards sex or romance.

I think the main bit of advice I could give you would be to pay attention to where muscles are in the body, and decide whether you want him to be skinny with or without bigger muscles. Either way, everyone has some muscle to them, so don’t forget to give room in the body for those muscles! (internal organs too, obviously.) Good luck!

When Dean first confesses his love for Cas, they're arguing. It just kind of slips out. Dean is petrified, and Cas just disappears. Dean sinks to his knees and cries. He cries like he's never cried before. He can't believe what he's done. After what seems like hours, the tell-tale flap of wings announces Cas' arrival. Dean doesn't look up. He's too scared of what he'll see in Cas' eyes. Too scared of what Cas' will say. To Dean's surprise, there's a thump as Cas falls to his knees in front of
Dean. Without a word, he wraps his arms around Dean, pulling him into his chest, holding on as if he might lose him if he let go. Dean is too startled and relieved to react. He just lets himself fall boneless into Cas’ strong, yet gentle embrace. They stay like that for hours. No movement, no words. Not until “I love you too, Dean WInchester.”
