idk i kind of agree but to me that’s a spectacular beautiful amazing thing

omg i mean some people are like "NO THERE ARE NO SIMILARITIES BETWEEN THESE SHOWS AT ALL" but ??????? elementary and bbc sherlock are both amazingly crafted brilliant shows but of course they're going to be similar. they're both AU sherlock holmes. the plots are different, but all sherlock adaptaions are similar. there's just no way of avoiding that????

i guess what i'm trying to say is that there are plenty of similarities and plenty of differences, and all are good. the CBS writers have done v-well not copying the BBC but two sherlock shows just can't be polar opposites.
