Ingredients: 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped. 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped. 1 apple, cored and chopped. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 lemon, juiced. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 1 cup water. 1 cup ice cubes. 1 tbsp honey optional.
Instructions: Place the chopped beet, carrots, apple, spinach, and ginger in a blender. Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender and add water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
