honestly I do not have the patience for YouTube (both the website and the video editing process) and days where I look good enough to be Perceived are rare so this will not happen but I do love to Fucking Talk so maybe I’ll just start a podcast called Forty Minutes of Fuck All and you can all tune in to hear me talk for 40 minutes about a random topic that I don’t announce beforehand and that might not even become apparent until 25% of the way through the damn thing.

I did NOT wake up this morning intending to finally Go Off on that post but I’ve been seeing people spew that bullshit on it for WEEKS now and I am just fed up of the people on this website coming onto my post with their zero reading comprehension and going on about communism and how I apparently grew up coddled in a mansion!! also what is with everyone condescending to me like I’m a high schooler holy shit I’m OLDER than some of the people clowning on this post telling me to grow up!!

yoooo is your landlord planning on suing that repair company for dooming your bathroom????

god if he’s going to want to sue anyone it’s the letting agency. I have no idea what’s going on, but I get the impression the letting agency was not updating him on the severity of the problem at all. it’s not the repair guy’s fault; he thought it was going to be a simple job, and then when he pulled all the wall away I noticed a pipe leak, and that’s what caused it.

right now it seems like the letting agency were just being lazy as fuck. the repair dude is actually my landlord’s father-in-law, and he and his wife are currently letting Vestris and I come round their house every night to use their shower, so they’re really doing all they can. it’s just if the letting agency told our landlord a little sooner, this might not have gotten so bad. we’re all sorting it out without bothering the letting agency now lmao, even the guy who owns the place downstairs with the collapsed ceiling is just going direct to our landlord or his father-in-law. it’s a lot quicker that way.

(this is doubly funny because every time we asked our letting agency for our landlord’s information so we could tell him, they told us he was offshore and couldn’t be reached. he lives a few towns over. his mother and father-in-law are practically our neighbours. we now have a cup of tea and a blather with them every night. idk the details of what’s going on, but it really does just look like the letting agency was being lazy, imo.)

surprisingly no! it’s probably because it’s not the right time of year for it -- I find things in the field are Weird during April-May and October-November, so I guess we’ll see when the season of Halloween rolls around? it’ll be interesting considering they’ve been doing work in the field recently (apparently it’s going to be sold as a housing development, which is a shame, so they’re probing the ground and taking samples and stuff) so I wonder if whatever’s there will still be there or if it’ll be like “nah fuck this” and leave lmao. I wouldn’t want to be the people buying a house there, though. that’s beginning of a horror movie shit.
