Ingredients: 2 duck breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 1 cup shredded daikon radish. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 cup cooked beetroot slices. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cups vegetable oil for frying. Lettuce leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the duck skin and score it. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the duck breasts with the skin side down. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until they are crispy. Take the duck out of the pan and give it some time to rest. To make the remoulade, put the shredded daikon, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix them together. For the relish, mix honey and sliced beets in a different bowl. Cut the duck breasts into thin slices. Lightly toast the burger buns. Put the lemon daikon remoulade on the bottom bun. Put lettuce leaves, sliced duck, and beetroot relish on top.
