250 ~~> 150 ~~> 180 ~~> 165
Just a reminder that progress is not linear, and that having a low number on the scale isn't all that's important.
When I started my journey I was 250 pounds and I worked damn hard to drop that first hundred lbs, I got down to 150 but I was restricting so much that it really wasn't healthy to maintain.
Then we moved and I was stressed and barely working out so I gained 30 or so back... then I refocused i stopped worrying about that number on the scale and I focused on being healthy!
Now I am happy at 165, I may have a bit extra here and there but I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have and the is what is most important.
It's been a long road and it took me along time to be happy in my skin, but I think I'm finally there and it feels soo good!
