Drabble:

Your boyfriend had called to go to the shopping centre inyour town and head towards the Santa’s Grotto. You’d tried to ask him why buthe’d cut the call before you had the chance. It took half an hour to fight yourway into the place, the entire centre filled with last minute shoppers andfrantic parents hunting down the toy their kid wanted for Christmas. Youfollowed the signs telling you that you could meet Santa and wondered why thehell Luke had told you to come here. You joined the back of the queue and triedto text Luke to ask him where the hell he was.

“Lena!” you heard a voice shout. “Over here!”

You turned and saw that it was Michael in an elf outfit, ittook a lot to stop yourself from laughing.

“Michael?” you said as you walked towards him. “Why are youdressed like an elf?”

“I owe Luke a favour,” he mumbled.

He led you towards the grotto, small children were waving atyou and Michael as you walked by them. You turned to ask him what the hell washappening but Michael had disappeared and you were left staring at the smallgingerbread house. Luke walked out, wearing an elf suit too and wielding an acousticguitar.

“Hey, uh, Santa is taking a little break so he told me tocome sing you guys a song,” he said as his eyes wandered the crowd to find yourface. He found you and pointed. “And my girlfriend made it so I can let youguys into a little secret. I really like her and I’ve been meaning to ask hersomething. I think Elf Michael has been asking some of you to help, right?”

The children ran up onto the stage with their bits of paper.You frowned as you tried to make sense of the letters.

Then it hit you.

Will you marry me?

A blurb that goes with that gif/pic: Ashton would finally be home from touring for a little bit. It’d be the best to have him around again to cuddle and talk with late at night. However, you’d find that he’d still be adjusting to the time change because he would wake you up just a little before sunrise with a big cup of coffee and smile on his face waiting to have round two of cuddling and chatting with you again.
