Day 1 <3
I am so motivated to complete this three year transformation that I feel like I could run a marathon now! Haha, just kidding. I would die.
So, so far today this has been my consumption:
Breakfast: Vanilla Greek Yogurt, a banana and my mom's homemade granola
Lunch: Tuna sandwich on 7 grain bread with lettuce and cucumbers and a couscous salad that had granny smith apples in it (it was actually very delicious)
Post Workout: Chocolate milk and a peanut butter sandwich on a whole wheat bagel thin
My workout:
Elliptical: 2 minutes on level 6, one minute on level 7, two minutes on level 8 going backwards (Repeat 4 times)
ARMS DAY!
Set 1: Curl 10 pounds each, ten reps
Upright row 10 pounds each, ten reps
Shoulder press 10 pounds each, ten reps
Repeat
Set 2: Lateral raise 5 pounds each, ten reps
Front raise 5 pounds each, ten reps each
Repeat
Set 3: Assisted triceps dip 45 pounds, ten reps
Assisted pull ups 55 pounds, ten reps
Repeat
Finally, I did the exercise where you lay on your back and use a bar, you lift the weight straight up and then you bend your elbows to make the bar touch your forehead (forehead lift for my sake) with the zig zag bar and 2.5 pounds on each side, 10 times twice
STRETCH!
As you can see, my workouts aren't very constant. I tend to get bored in the weight room if I am not constantly moving around and doing different lifts. Also, my food plan doesn't show any calories AND I KEEP IT THAT WAY. I feel a lot more proud of myself if I didn't eat any sweets than I would if I ate two cookies totaling to 300 calories and that is it for lunch.
P.S: Chocolate milk is the best post-workout drink ever (personal opinion).
