Water which is too pure has no fish." Ts’ai Ken T’an That's my fish Sally next to a can of some gmo-containing, high sodium, fairly unhealthy cream of mushroom soup. I confess: I was craving one of my favorite casseroles and so despite all the reasons I normally don't purchase things like this, I bought it and ate it and enjoyed every second of it. It's hard to be perfect. It's hard to make educated food choices and be completely non-gmo, completely organic, completely anything. Every choice has a consequence and sometimes it seems impossible to do the right thing. It can be overwhelming to be an educated consumer. Sally and I are here to remind you that it's ok not to be perfect. It's ok to buy non-organic items. It's ok to make good food decisions most of the time, to eat out at a restaurant and ingest gmos and fried food on occasion. You don't need to be perfect in order to be doing good, in regards to eating or anything else for that matter. Water which is too pure has no fish, and I think fish are pretty nice.
