My Life So Far... #BeHealthyInsideAndOut #LookGoodFeelGreat

Hi guys, you’re probably wondering, “Why isn’t Emily active or updating her blog as usual?” Well, a bunch of stuff happened.

As a blogger, being active in social media is a must. Creating amazing and relatable content that engages the readers is easy but blogging with a purpose can be quite difficult. 

For the past month, I stayed in South Korea. I’ve been traveling all over the country, trying new places and visiting the old ones I enjoyed in the last decade. While I stayed there, I noticed that I was attached to my phone - specifically, on my social media accounts. It made me realize that I wasn’t fully experiencing the moment.

Admittedly, the Internet had taken a hold on me. I was either on my phone or laptop, checking out my socials. Since I was hooked on the net, I stayed up late... just basically doing nothing.

Yes, I was unhealthy. My sleep routine has been broken and I’ve been breaking out (since I was eating unhealthily as well) non-stop. My usual facial wash and toner combo wasn’t clearly working. Also, the constant change of weather added a toll on my body.

Fortunately, I brought the vitamins I have from Watsons PH. They’re basically designed as a food supplement to make my body nourished and flourished. I have my Glutathione gummies (pic below) and Poten-cee vitamins.

Of course, taking these vitamins would not be enough. I also have to change my lifestyle as well. Eating fruits and sleeping early were the things I did. Moreover, took a social media detox for my mental health as well.

Now, I’m back in the Philippines. I’m back to my regular schedule as well. Don’t worry, you’ll be seeing a lot more of me. ;)

When you have a very active kid, it's sometimes hard to get them to drink their vitamins, wince they would rather play instead.
