The Divoom Ditoo is definitely one of their bestsellers. If you're looking for a good bluetooth speaker in the market, settle on this one. The Ditoo is offered in various colors but the pink is the one that caught my attention.
Divoom Ditoo is not just a regular bluetooth speaker, it's a COOL bluetooth speaker! It functions as a clock, visualizer, and a game booth. There are various designs so you'll definitely find the right one for you.
In order to maximize your Divoom experience, you have to download the companion application in your gadget. From the app, you'll be able to create your own pixel art design or choose from the numerous selection in the community. Either way, you won't run out of ideas. Of course, that's not all. You can also control the speaker's settings from the app if you're feeling lazy to manually change anything.
For such a small and compact speaker, the sound quality is amazing. Every beat of the music would definitely be heard. The bass itself is amplified.
The Divoom Ditoo can be manually controlled with its mechanical keys and rose gold joystick. You can change the mode, brightness, color and many others with the keys.
The Ditoo is advertised with 8 hours of battery life, which I doubt to be true...? I usually use it and it can only last up to 3 hours or so. I guess the makers didn't consider that users would play music with the pixel art design mode on.
Overall, I highly recommend you to get a Divoom Ditoo speaker. This would amplify your work station experience at home. There's not much negative aspect to talk about it except for the short battery life.
Of course, the Logitech K380 in Pink is a must keyboard for pink lovers. Not only its color is attractive, its functions are great in work-from-home setups and school. Read further to learn my thoughts about this keyboard.
This keyboard has always been a part of my wishlist. Unfortunately, it's usually out of stock (in authorized stores) or I didn't have enough money to purchase one. Thanks to the recent Shopee sale, I finally managed to acquire one for an affordable price. This keyboard usually ranges around PHP 1995, but I got it for PHP 1400 thanks to vouchers and coins.
The Logitech K380 is a bluetooth keyboard. It can connect up to 3 devices, which you can switch with just one click of a button. You can go to your laptop and then transfer to your cellphone or even your tablet.
Its portability is one of the reasons why I went for it. It's lightweight and easy to bring around wherever you go. Its keys are quite silent and not annoying if you're working in a public space.
If you're an Apple user (like me!), this keyboard is your buddy because Apple key functions are accommodated and engraved. Majority of keyboards in the market are more leaning to Windows so seeing this K380 is a sight for sore eyes.
The keyboard's footing may not have a stand but it's tilted so you'll still get a bit of elevation. It has rubberized feet so it won't slide off.
Overall, I highly recommend the Logitech K380 keyboard. I can't say or see anything bad with it since my usage experience has been enjoyable so far. In my opinion, it's better to get this keyboard while it's on sale rather than purchasing it for its full price.
For cat owners out there (like me!), having a smart pet feeder would drastically change your life. Here is my in-depth review on the Cherry Home Smart Pet Feeder.
Cherry Home is a local brand in the Philippines that is making affordable and accessible smart products. Currently, they have smart lights, adaptors, and alike in their inventory. Today, we're focusing on one of their products in the Cherry Pet collection.
This Smart Pet Feeder is a great asset to pet owners. It is durable, stylish, and functional. For a price of 4,400 PHP, pet owners would enjoy a hassle-free experience.
Before purchasing this feeder, make sure you have an adaptor or powerbank. This feeder is meant to run on a powerbank since it gives pet owners an opportunity to make it portable. Moreover, at the back, there is an intended slot for the powerbank. Personally, however, I prefer to use an adaptor so that I won't have to worry about the batteries. I'm using an Apple adaptor, in case you're wondering.
In order to unlock the smart features, you have to download the companion application in your smartphone: Cherry Home. Make sure to connect the feeder to the app so that everything would flow smoothly.
Once connected, you can know finally access the feeder's smart functions. When you use the app, you'll be able to feed, see, listen, and talk to your pets. You can also set a permanent schedule that accommodates to your pet's feeding time.
Don't worry about the food portioning. In the app, you would be able to control how many grams the feeder would release to the bowl. If you're bad at math, the grams would automatically translate how many portions are available in your selected gram choice.
Even if you're in another room or outside of your home, you can be rest assured that your pets are happily eating. Do note that you can only feed them dry food with this feeder. Cherry Home does not recommend putting wet food in the feeder's storage.
If you can't find your phone, you'll still be able to feed your pet. Just press the button in front of the feeder and it will automatically release 10 grams of food.
This feeder comes with a top-notch camera. It is able to capture scenes in 720p and up to 20 meters distance. At night, infrared night vision will automatically be enabled so that you'll be able to see things clearly in the dark.
The feeder is able to store 1.5 kilograms of food. Inside the storage, there's a built-in sensor that will be able to tell you if your food storage is low. When it's running out, it will notify you in 2 manners:
A red light will flash in front of the feeder
A notification will pop out in your phone
My only issue with this product is the short length of the cord it comes with. Since it is naturally meant to run on a powerbank, Cherry Home went with a short cord.
Overall, my experience with the Cherry Home Smart Pet Feeder is pure convenience. I highly recommend this product. I'm giving it a two thumbs up.

You’ve probably seen this item floating around in the tech community. Chances are, your favorite streamers are wearing this as well. Thanks to its highly adorable design, it has become a massive hit.
Spicing up your tech life with the Razer Kitty Krakens is a great choice, especially with the pandemic still around. You might not be able to wear your fresh kicks this year, but at least you’ll still look good with this accessory.
The Kitty Krakens are detachable cat ears that are meant to accompany the Razer Kraken merchandise. Its sole purpose is to add fun and style to your headsets. As of the time of writing, there are three variants: Neon Purple, Green and Quartz.
It is completely made of rubber and it looks durable. Razer guarantees that this product is waterproof although I’m not too keen to test that out.
Despite the stylish effect it gives, here are some cons I noticed:
1. It is difficult to attach to the headset. I have to stretch the Kitty Ears (quite worrisome and bothersome if you ask me!) to its maximum capability.
2. The Kitty Ears ruins the cushioning of the headset. It leaves some marks so I have no choice but to remove it after every use. Letting it stay might make some permanent damage.
3. It does not light up unlike the latest versions of the Kitty headset (but that’s built-in unlike this).
Overall, I still enjoyed the Kitty Krakens. I love the idea of being able to take the ears off whenever I want to.
Razer Kraken Multi-Platform Wired Gaming Headset in Quartz
When it comes to the gaming industry, Razer is one of the leading brands. Their Rose Quartz collection is a raving favorite in the female community. In case you’re hesitant to purchase, better read my review first.
The Razer Quartz Collection is composed of various products ranging from microphones to mouses. Naturally, they are mostly in the color pink. Despite the numerous Quartz items available, I decided to settle on this particular product.
As of the time of writing, there are currently 4 Razer Quartz audio products including what I’m reviewing. I chose this because it satisfied my need for pink aesthetic, powerful sound system and adjustable styling.
Don’t turn down this product just because it’s meant for gaming. This is also great for educational purposes, office work, and other personal reasons.

Unfortunately, since I am an Apple user, I am unable to test and try out the 7.1 surround sound. I hope Razer includes Apple users in the future in these kind of sound advantages.
Cooling Gel-Infused Oval Ear Cushions
I am unable to appreciate the “cooling gel” sensation. I cannot feel it and I think this is just a marketing ploy. However, the ear cushions are comfortable. I noticed that the Razer Kraken cushion’s material is the same as the Beats by Dr. Dre. I am worried because the leatherette cushion of my Beats crumbled overtime. I hope I don’t meet the same problem with my Razer Kraken.
Custom-tuned 50 MM Drivers
The sound system is immersive and superb. I could clearly hear every single audio detail. The tiny details I have not appreciated or taken note of before has come into my full attention since I can now discern them.
Retractable Unidirectional Microphone
The microphone is not only retractable but it is also flexible. Thanks to Razer’s tech, it can remove background noises. This is a plus for me since my professors will not be able to hear my cats’ endless meowing.
Hidden Indented Eyewear Channels
Ever since I started wearing glasses, headsets have become a total pain. Fortunately, the Razer Kraken does not let me encounter that kind of pain. My glasses fit perfectly and the cushions do not give me any kind of pressure.

The pink and gray color is aesthetically pleasing. The mixture and the choice of shades are definitely a hit for the pink lovers out there.
It also has a built-in mute button. This is absolutely perfect if you want to go on mute with just a simple touch.
The serial number of the item can be found outside the box and in the left ear cup. Removing the ear cup can be quite a daunting task at first but fret not, the cups are designed to semi-automatically return back to its shell with just a use of your finger.
Be sure to register your Razer products via their website. Razer will ask for the serial and product number. The product number can be found at the back of the box.

2020 Belle De Jour Power Planner Sneak Peek + Review
The only planner I trust is a BDJ one. Getting the 2020 planner is a must and here’s what I learned about it.
Belle De Jour is a brand I trust since 2013. They came a long way and managed to make impressive improvements since then. I can attest to how much they’ve grown as a brand.
For 2020, their theme is all about the universe - constellations, cosmos and what not - they got it all. It’s not a surprise since their client, YOU, is the star.
They completely outdone themselves when it comes to the cover. The cover girl’s dress and constellation tattoos are holographic and embossed with glittered. What a treat for the eyes, amiright? Moreover, their cover girl reminds me of Catriona Gray, a former Miss Universe, who comes from the Philippines; hence, maybe the universe theme? Idk.
The inks they used are subtle and pleasing to the eyes. They’re not as strong and vibrant from last year’s.
The artworks scattered in the journal are beautiful and attentive to details. So far, this is my favorite BDJ theme yet.
Naturally, BDJ did not skip the convenience part of their journals. They have the usual two ribbon (purple and pink) mark and a gorgeous magenetic bookmark that goes along with the theme.
I love how the monthly summaries have the sponsors’ deals labelled on them. Take this for example:

Premenstrual Syndrome or PMS is a bunch of symptoms that even the strongest women would usually face several days before that time of the month. Feeling totally frazzled and waking up with a different kind of fatigue is a reality, a zit on the nose that wasn’t there a night before. And oh, those tender breasts plus the soreness and heaviness. Worst, you can’t stop thinking about that fudgy chocolate cake you saw on Instagram!
According to Anne Price, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, an average woman experiences PMS 450 times in her lifetime. While hormones play a part in these biological changes, there’s a way how to manage it by avoiding these foods that are likely to alleviate the symptoms.
1. Trans fats and hydrogenated fats
These are the nutritional bad words everyone should be aware of. Trans fats and hydrogenated fats are unhealthy by-products of a chemical process called hydrogenation. Manufacturers alter the fats to solidify liquid oils and lengthen shelf life and flavor of oils and foods that contain them. So, the next time you’re going to pick up margarine, crackers, cookies, and snack foods from the grocery shelves, read the labels and drop everything that says hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated even if the nutritional profile says 0% trans-fat. Go for saturated fats found in coconut or the healthier monounsaturated fats like olive and avocado oil.
2. Food allergens
Food allergies cause digestive issues and skin breakouts that are obvious signs of a possible hormonal imbalance. But what if you have no idea which food you are allergic to? Either you have yourself checked by a doctor or try an elimination diet. This diet is a three-to-six-week eating plan that eliminates potential food allergens and then reintroduces them one at a time to identify which ones your body does not tolerate well. Top eight foods that belong to the food allergen camp are milk, eggs, peanuts, nuts, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish.
3. High fructose corn syrup and refined sugar
High fructose corn syrup is a chemically produced sugar found in sodas and fruit-flavored drinks, while refined sugar is the ones usually stored in your pantry. It comes from sugar cane, processed to extract sugar used to sweeten cakes, desserts, cookies, coffee, and cereals. The difference between these and the natural sugars found in fruits is that the former have empty calories with no nutritional value while the latter are loaded with fiber and other nutrients that your body needs especially right before the shark week. The absence of fibers makes you digest these artificial sugars rapidly resulting in insulin and blood sugar skyrocket. The result? It fuels mood swings and worsens headaches and difficulty concentrating. That’s the reason as well why you don’t feel full even after giving in to your sweet tooth. But of course, you don’t have to deprive yourself especially when you’re PMSing to the max. Just stick to dark chocolates, dates, raw honey, and reach for stevia or coconut sugar as healthier alternatives!
4. Salt
Ever wonder why you’re bloated or your hands and feet swell during PMS? These symptoms are caused by none other than hormonal changes that cause water retention. And loading up on sodium will just make it worse. Swapping salty food with nuts and loading up on fruits and veggies are good choices to reduce the accumulation of water weight because of a diet that’s high in sodium!
5. Caffeine
PMS is usually associated with fatigue, mental exhaustion, and depression. A lot of women try to counter these by increasing caffeine intake. But because caffeine is a stimulant chemical, it causes increased heart rate and blood pressure. This consequently leads to tension, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and greater exhaustion. Its diuretic nature also increases urine production and triggers dehydration that is home to dysmenorrhea. Try herbal teas and decaffeinated liquids instead while going through PMS.
6. Alcohol
When alcohol enters the bloodstream, it alters the brain function that produces serotonin. Serotonin is called the “happy hormone” because it contributes to a person’s stability and well-being. It regulates mood, social behavior, appetite, sleep, memory, and sexual desire functions. It is also responsible in mood alterations and disorders. Now imagine, that PMS is at its peak and you decide to wreck them further by drinking your favorite bar drink. Not very helpful, right? And like the previous item, it is also diuretic. It will rob you of your much-needed bodily fluids that will lead to prolonged dysmenorrhea. That said, abstaining from drinking alcohol during this time is strongly encouraged.

Hi guys, you’re probably wondering, “Why isn’t Emily active or updating her blog as usual?” Well, a bunch of stuff happened.
As a blogger, being active in social media is a must. Creating amazing and relatable content that engages the readers is easy but blogging with a purpose can be quite difficult.
For the past month, I stayed in South Korea. I’ve been traveling all over the country, trying new places and visiting the old ones I enjoyed in the last decade. While I stayed there, I noticed that I was attached to my phone - specifically, on my social media accounts. It made me realize that I wasn’t fully experiencing the moment.
Admittedly, the Internet had taken a hold on me. I was either on my phone or laptop, checking out my socials. Since I was hooked on the net, I stayed up late... just basically doing nothing.
Yes, I was unhealthy. My sleep routine has been broken and I’ve been breaking out (since I was eating unhealthily as well) non-stop. My usual facial wash and toner combo wasn’t clearly working. Also, the constant change of weather added a toll on my body.

I have been a MAC Cosmetics addict since 2012. My very first MAC lipstick is in the shade called Brave. Since then, I’ve been collecting MAC products in all sorts of form.
Naturally, when global MAC announced they’d be releasing a powder matte formula, I was ecstatic. I have been waiting for this for such a long time and it was finally here. I even kept bothering MAC Philippines as to when they’d be releasing the line in the country.
When the powder kiss lipsticks arrived, oh boy, most of the shades were sold out. The best-selling shades were difficult to come by. Luckily, I got My Tweedy and Sultriness as a gift.
The usual sleek bullet case has been replaced by a matte one. I believe this is a brilliant move on MAC’s part since this would give the user that it is indeed powder matte. It is soft and velvety to the touch.
My Tweedy is a warm peach and it is perfect for those who adore corals. I wouldn’t recommend this for the faint-hearted; the shade is bold and rich in color.
Shade:
On the other hand, Sultriness is a baby blue pink lipstick and I recommend it if you want a natural or daytime makeup look. It compliments the Filipina skin tone and isn’t harsh on the lips.

In terms of formula, I am honestly divided. It is not like what I imagined at all. It has its own set of pros and cons. Maybe I just had HIGH expectations since this is MAC we’re talking about.

You’re probably wondering, is it like Maybelline or Sunnies Face? Not at all. In terms of texture, it is lighter than Maybelline. When you wear powder kiss, it feels light as a feather on the lips. You’ll even probably forget you’re wearing lipstick in the first place. In terms of color, Sunnies Face is much more rich as compared to MAC’s. The latter is going for the subtle matte look.
Sunnies Face is fairly new in the beauty industry but has already gained both local and international presence. They started on lipsticks and the hype isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
When Sunnies Face came out in the public, everyone was in a riot on how amazing the product was. They were selling out to the point the physical stores have to close in the afternoon since they ran out of stock. There were lines and there was even a limitation implemented as to the number of lipsticks you can buy!
It took months before I could get my very own. No, I didn’t fall in line in their physical stores or ordered from their site itself. I got mine from Shopee, Lazada and Zalora. Yes, I had to resort to ordering them from various online shops since some of the shades were sold out.
After I first tried Milkshake, I knew I got to have ALL of them. I can attest that their lipsticks are worth having. It is definitely the real deal.
Sunnies Face released a total of 9 lipstick shades. They are called: Mood, 143, Milkshake, Baked, Nudist, Vacay, Girl Crush, Major, and Hot Sauce. The most often sold out shades are Baked, Nudist and Vacay late last year (2018).
The original packaging is the famous beige case. The frosted packaging is meant for their holiday edition but even up to now (June 2019), it is still the same packaging. People are clamoring about the old packaging in Sunnies Face’s social media accounts. They clearly want the old one back!

My favorite shades are: Milkshake, Nudist, Vacay and Baked. I can live without the others but those 4 are very much essential pieces.
What people love about the Fluffmatte lipsticks is the powder matte formula. It is velvety to the touch and it is rich in color. Users are complaining that it doesn’t last long in their lips but in my experience, it did and it survived an entire day of eating and drinking.
Sunnies Face added that Fluffmatte is not just for the lips, it can also be used on the lids and cheeks. If you’re talking about versatility, Sunnies Face has your back.
Overall, I recommend the Fluffmatte lipsticks. For P345, you’ll be getting a high-quality product. Local cosmetics are definitely quaking in their boots because this line is a hard contender to beat.

If you’re living in the Philippines, using powder foundations are a must after applying liquid foundations. Due to the intense humid weather, makeup can be stifling and uncomfortable. Chances are, you’d notice your makeup going cakey.

For me, I use both depending on where I’m going and what the occasion is. If I have an event that requires me to be out for almost the entire day, I go for the pressed powder. If you see me in blogging events or special occasions, I’m definitely use my pressed powder. If I’m just out and about, you’ll see me with my loose powder on.
Recently, I acquired a Chica Y Chico Matt Powder from hicharis.net/itsemified and I’m loving that Korean brands are incorporating powders in their products. I adore K-Beauty but due to the love for “dewy” and “glossy” makeup looks, powders aren’t the priority for Korean makeup brands. Fortunately, since they’re targeting a bigger audience now, powder foundations are now “in” in the K-Beauty industry.
Naturally, Korean makeup products find their way incorporating a wee bit of skincare. This matt powder acts as a sebum controller as well. Although this is not the first Korean brand to do so, I’m glad that Chica Y Chico decided to make this happen for their company. After all, we do enjoy makeup products that care for our skin as well.
Loose powders are normally contained in a jar and this is no exception. Usually loose powders are applied with a brush but this one comes with a puff. For me, I prefer using brushes since puffs don’t work great when it comes to loose powder.
The Chica Y Chico Matt Powder line comes in two variants: Matt Pink and Matt Mint. I prefer mint because it addresses the skin concerns I have.

Waiiiit, there’s more! It isn’t just a loose powder to make your makeup last longer. You can use it as it is to control sebum in the T-Zone, apply on greasy hair, nail primer, and even make it as your deodorant.
Upon application, despite it being green in color, it blends with my skin and the weird green color disappears. It becomes translucent so you don’t have to worry if you’re going to turn out as Shrek.
I always use this after I use my cushion foundation to make it last longer throughout the entire day. It keeps my face soft and fresh like a baby. :-)
Are there any cons about this product? Yes, the puff is useless for me; users can definitely live without it. I think the brand should have invested on increasing the powder instead. Making the holes a bit bigger would help a lot since it’s quite difficult to get the product out from the jar.

The A’Bloom is composed of makeup sponges, facial masks, and a blackhead remover. The collection seems a bit off-theme since they’re all different solutions that target various problems. When I checked my Althea Angel box, I was completely confused.
Althea released 2 sizes of makeup sponges: giant meringue puff and baby meringue puffs. The large size is sold for P100 while the small size is about P140. The material is soft and absorbent; it’s great for liquid makeup products. The great thing about this is that it’s SUPER affordable as compared to other makeup sponges. Between the two, I recommend buying the giant meringue puff because it’s cheaper and you’ll definitely be able to utilize it more than the tiny sponges.

So far, I only used the Ac-Me-Peach since I wanted it to treat my pimples. Although it did not remove my pimples (I don’t expect it to since I only got 1), I noticed the pimples are less flared-up as compared to before usage.
In terms of packaging, I find the art really cute. Some of the puns are witty. It definitely markets itself to teens and young adults. The colors are pastel and very eye-catching.
Each mask is sold for P20. That’s cheap since the cheapest ones in the Philippines are sold for P50 per mask. Last time Althea had buy 10 get 10 promo with their masks. Thanks to that, the masks (at the time of writing) are sold out! :( Hope they restock these soon!!
Of course I got to try the BHA Blackhead Blaster. It’s a cream product that targets blackhead AND WHITEHEAD removal. Althea Korea recommended this product for those who have oily or combination skin.
I appreciated that it’s in a stick form since I’ll get the chance to take it with me wherever I go. Most of my skincare products are big and bulky and it can be quite a hassle when I’m taking everything with me. Thanks to its convenient form, my travel kit got a lil bit lighter.
I don’t have any blackheads but I do have whiteheads. It didn’t completely remove my whiteheads but I noticed that it got lesser as compared to before. I’m totally expecting this product to remove ALL of my whiteheads.
When I applied this on my nose, I quickly noticed that the texture is kinda like a charcoal foam mask. Taking the product off wasn’t a problem since there was no pain at all. Upon rinsing the substance away, I liked how smooth and refreshed my skin was.
Fortunately, you don’t have to spend much since this stick costs for P200 only. It’s definitely affordable and easy on the wallet. :)
