I have participated in several missions in the wastelands, and have so far not been blown away, although the wind is rather strong. It is a rather different style of combat than what I am most used to, but the missions have been mostly successful.

I have indeed seen many suns, and I can confirm that they are in fact blinding. Staring at the sun can cause long term damage to your eyes if you are not wearing proper protective eyewear.

I should say, however that I have been on missions with behemoths that take us to the edge of the hive where the sun can be seen, and it can occasionally be seen from the Mourningstar. Do you remember the extremely bright circle in the sky or in space? That’s the sun.
