Asks or posts where people asking about showing affection towards arbitrators or have relations with arbitrators. Please note that the arbitrator running this blog (as well as the mod portraying said arbitrator) identifies as grey-asexual and is usually uncomfortable being flirted with. Questions about arbitrators in general are allowed though.

OOC: This blog is not officially associated with Games Workshop or Fatshark. I’m just a guy who really likes the Arbites and plays a shit ton of Darktide.
I do my best to be lore accurate when I can, but there is unfortunately not a lot of reliable information about the Arbites, especially since some of their lore has changed over the years. What I say may not be canon, some of my information may be inaccurate, but I do my best.
Also… apparently a bunch of people on this app (or one really determined person) really want to fuck and/or marry an arbitrator, so… yeah. Just a warning.
Also also, I use he/him pronouns, and identify as grey-asexual.
Because apparently people thought that this wasn't obvious enough I AM UNCOMFORTABLE BEING FLIRTED WITH ON THIS BLOG.
If you have been interacting with the blog for a while in a way that has resulted in you frequently getting "sanctioned" (the whole "MANDATED EDICT" thing) and would like to end up on the High Priority Warrant board, contact my main blog and we can discuss details regarding said warrant, the wanted poster, and anything else that you may want. Not everyone can get a poster, so please be understanding.

What is the adeptus arbites opinion on mechanics skittari involvement in the atoma prime situation
Thank you for your inquiry.
While it is always good to have more troops than your enemy in a war of attrition, having the presence of yet another organization aboard the Mourningstar may create conflict and slow the progress that the warband has fought so hard to build. We have already seen some friction between the Militarum leadership and the Inquisitorial Retinue, and tensions can run high between the Arbites and the Conclave, so adding yet another set of leaders who have their own agendas will probably strain relationships.
From a Lex enforcement standpoint, the Skitarii are much less likely to cause problems than the Conclave. The Treaty of Mars also gives the Mechanicus more leeway under Imperial Law, however, requiring application of Lex enforcement to members of the Adeptus Mechanicus need to be more precise and nuanced than it may be otherwise.
I would like to extend my gratitude towards the Adeptus Arbites, for their crucial contribution towards the eradication of hereteks. I do have one question though. Why does the Adeptus Arbites not immediately kill hereteks when apprehending them? All punishment for heresy is termination of life, and I do not understand why the Adeptus Arbites simply do not take the most efficient action? As Archmagos Terminus, me and my subcult of the Adeptus Mechanicus take great offense to this.
Thank you for your inquiry.
We do not, as an organization, sentence people for the crime of heresy. While heresy can be an additional charge, it is our duty as Arbitrators to issue sanctions for violations of the Lex Imperialis. Heretics are more likely to be sentenced for the crime of betraying the Imperium, with a secondary charge of heresy. In many such cases, executions are carried out on the spot.
In some cases, however, the Lex breaker may be part of a larger criminal organization, and thus it is critical to detain the Lex-breaker for interrogation. If we can simply get them to confess to crimes and name potential accomplices, it saves us time and resources, thus being able to deal with more cases rather than wasting time to hunt down information we could have told to us.
In the case of Atoma Prime, the Adeptus Arbites were deployed due to Atoma failing to pay their tithe. Those who made it so that the tithe could not be met must be sentenced. Now, in many cases, the sentence is on-the-spot executions due to the limited role that pox-walkers or cultists likely have in operational decisions of the Admonition Cult or the Moebian 6th. Some traitors, however, such as the Karnak Twins serve (or served) in leadership positions and could have provided valuable information. As it were, Interrogator Rannick ordered a strike team to execute the twins, and so no information will be retrieved from their corpses.
In practice, obviously, you cannot bring any charges against a member of the Inquisition (barring very unique circumstances), but on principle, do you consider those Inquisitors who regularly work with xenos mercenaries to be heretics?
Thank you for your inquiry.
The duty of the Adeptus Arbites is not identify and punish heretics, but rather to enforce the Lex Imperialis. Identifying and sentencing heretics on a large scale or in positions of power falls to the Holy Orders of the Emperor's Inquisition, in this case, the Ordo Xenos.
Unless they are in violation of the Lex Imperialis, we do not pass judgement (in a judicial sense). We can, of course, be suspicious of and investigate those who we believe to be Lex breakers, which is when investigations may be conducted.
This is a reminder to those experiencing the season commonly referred to as "Summer" to remain hydrated. Failure to remain hydrated can result in a decrease in productivity, which may cause your planet to not meet their tithe. Causing a tithe to not be met will result in a harsh sentence.
When hydrating, the Adeptus Arbites recommends the consumption of water (dihydrogen monoxide). While other fluids approved for consumption may provide hydration, the most effective is still water.
The Adeptus Medicae recommends the consumption of between 2.7 liters and 3.7 liters of water daily.
Hi, hello, I'm in one of the holding cells and I know I'm a lex breaker, and that I'm not meant to have anything on me rught now but one of the others in here is talking crazy and while it was a bit funny at the start, he's started crawling around on all fours talking in some strange language, and I'm honestly a bit scared now haha.
Could you maybe send someone down here? I swear on this month's rations that I'll hand over my device without a fight and scrub the cells top to bottom if you get them to hurry, he keeps trying to bite people, I think he even managed to get on the ceiling??
-A really freaked out inmate
CHARGE: Obtaining and using communications devices while detained in the blocks.
MANDATED EDICT: Chastisement beating and extension of blocks sentence.
An Arbitrator will be coming to your cell to perform your sanction and to search you for contraband. While they are down there, they will inspect the other cells and block-fodder.

I do not claim to fully understand the practices or actions of the Adeptus Mechanicus, but as the Skitarii have recently joined the Warband, I'm sure I shall be seeing more of them.
For further inquiries, I recommend reaching out to @adeptus-mechanicus-official or their colleague @isuggestthedragon , although I do not expect Xenos to understand.
<This communication has been reported to the Ordo Xenos>
Question, I seem to have awoken from the dead, what should I do?
Thank you for your inquiry.
The Lex Imperialis does not, to my knowledge, cover people returning from the dead.
Please report to your local member of the ecclesiarchy so that they can determine if you are some manner of living saint and blessed by the Emperor, or if your resurrection is the result of heresy and chaos taint.
My superiors have checked my posts and determined that I am answering too many personal questions. As such, I am going to refocus my efforts on answering Arbites-related inquiries. I may still respond to personal inquiries from time to time, but just not as often.
You sound sooo underslept. When did you last take a nap?
Thank you for your inquiry.
Naps prevent me from performing my duty, whether that is in the field or on tumblr. I get at least the minimum amount of rest to operate at baseline ability.
Before someone asks, I do not frequently consume recaf. It, as I tend to say, "turns my insides to mudslides." Not a pleasant experience.
The Lex Imperialis must be followed regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Enforcement of the Lex is unbiased and standard for all Imperial Citizens.
May I boop the snoot? Of the cybermastiff of course.
Thank you for your inquiry.
I will classify this under the same question as petting the cyber-mastiffs, and as such I will simply quote the response to that question.
"Cybermastiffs are working servitors and are trained killing machines. If you see a cybermastiff actively carrying out its duties, do not attempt to pet it unless you wish to become severely injured. The majority of cybermastiffs that you will encounter will be on duty.
On the rare occasion that you may encounter a cybermastiff and its handler while they are off duty, always ask the arbitrator first before attempting to pet the servitor. Be kind and respectful, and make your intentions clear. If the arbitrator refuses to let you pet their cybermastiff, please respect their decision. (Failure to respect their decision is a violation of the Lex Imperialis.)"
Oi Tithe-Rat! You lot need to keep better watch on your screwy tech-dogs! I keep seeing them leap into pits, jumping at scabs what're already dead! I'm not a fan of you lex-lovers, but even I balk at your funny hounds taking a plunge into the hive's guts...
The behavior of Arbites cyber-mastiffs is none of your concern, scum.
If they jump down there, they will find their way back. They are engineered to survive high amounts of damage, and I know that my hound has returned from the one or two times that he has leapt over the side into the depths of the hive.
As for the hounds' tendencies to attack heretics that are already dead, they are simply ensuring that the lex breaker is in fact dead. In other cases, they attempt to attack an enemy before another squad member kills that target, resulting in it looking like they are attacking a corpse.
my brother stole some corpse starch about three weeks ago, and we haven't seen him since, any information on that?
Thank you for your inquiry.
Theft is not covered under the Lex Imperialis and is therefore outside of our jurisdiction.
Kidnapping, unless it affects the tithe, is not covered under the Lex Imperialis and is therefore outside our jurisdiction.
Unless this is part of a larger kidnapping problem that will affect the tithe, please contact your local enforcers.
If you had been chosen to be an Astartes, what chapter would you have wanted it to be?
~ @salamander-serf
Thank you for your inquiry.
I am too old to become an Astartes, and I enjoy performing my duties as an arbitrator.
That being said, in a hypothetical scenario where I HAD to join an Astartes chapter, I would probably join the Ultramarines. I admire their ability to manage logistics while also having skill when it comes to combat.
Salamanders would also be nice. I am aware they have the opportunity to see their family, but as I was raised in the Schola Progenium, I do not really have any family I know that I would see. I do appreciate their ability to be self sufficient, though.
