tonight at work ...

putting under a read more b/c it's kinda lengthy ...

okay well I'm sure all my lovely friends/followers remember the ignorant homophobic coworker who posted all the anti-gay stuff on my facebook ... well she was fired last week for skipping work and such ... but tonight something amusing happened ...

I was packing for drive-thru and didn't see what happened, but Sissy (another of the managers who was working with me tonight) did ... 

well there was this group of ladies sorta dressy in purple shirts who asked for Alyssa (the homophobic coworker) and they used her full name (like she has on her facebook) and when Sissy told them that she had gotten fired, one of them apparently mentioned how she had been with another of the women for around 10 years and it was the happiest that she had ever been and such ... well, Sissy hadn't heard/seen what was posted on my facebook so she didn't know what was going on (but Sissy is LGBT-friendly b/c her sister is a lesbian, so she didn't think anything of it) ... but then when Sissy told me I wanted to talk to the ladies, but they had sadly already left, so I explained the drama on my facebook to Sissy ... and she said that she thought the ladies were gonna try and beat the (former) coworker up (but I don't think so ... they looked much more civilized than to resort to violence) ...

also because I had been talking about Nay coming over and being excited that it's only a month away and how everyone will get to meet her since she's my date to the store Christmas party (I am always talking about her ... seriously, just ask some of my family/friends/coworkers) ... well I showed Sissy a few of the pictures of Nay that I have saved on my phone ... and then Sissy was all - she's pretty, you should try and get with her ... it was all I could do not to die laughing ... especially since tomorrow is me and Nay's four month anniversary xD
