CMD Controllers Now Shipping
I’ve talked briefly about what Behringer’s CMD controllers are built for, but I haven’t gone into the specifics of each controller, or how each model differs from the next. Basically, besides the micro and the Studio 4A, the rest of the controllers look quite a bit like each other. The amount of space they require on your desks is going to be the same; the only differences are what buttons are included and where they are placed. One of the units acts as a single deck controller, which should be obvious by the huge jogwheels staring you in the face. Other’s seems to have been created for pure production or live remix use, since it houses mostly pads rather than faders or knobs. Regardless of what your specific requirement is here, I believe that any one of these controllers has something that you’ll need. With the final arrival of the micro controller, the set is finally complete. I suppose if you wanted, you could have multiple sets of these controllers sitting side by side instead of using standard mixer at all. The only problem I can see is finding a way to link many USB devices to one computer without hassle. http://www.djbooth.net/index/dj-equipment/entry/finally-behringer-cmd-controllers-now-shipping
