The man had a rugged, chiseled exterior and a soft heart, just the kind of person Luffy was drawn to. From what he could tell at that moment, the man also seemed to have his eyes on Luffy in a way that Zoro didn't appreciate. He looked at Luffy with admiration and tenderness, but a sharpness in his eyes let Zoro know he was there with a purpose. -OR- Zoro watches someone flirting with Luffy, and he gets jealous.
