Thanks to my lovely better half, we managed to get a lot of the laundry unfucked over the weekend. I’ve decided that I need to both drop my expectations a bit around what I can get done (i.e. be realistic), while raising them around the ways that I’m slacking off. First thing that I need to do is pick ONE thing each day and just FUCKING do it. And, I seriously need to stop treating my body like a dumping ground and get back to putting healthy fuel into it.
