Ok, so some of you out there might look at this and go what is happening. Well I was reading a published mag on food for fitness which I buy to research and find new creative ways to eat. I noticed the the food types combinations were not quite right. Food for fitness should mean balanced meals right? And consistent portion of macronutrients. Now if you are training for a specific type of look or specific fitness physique your nutrition levels/ percentage will be differen,t I have worked on the 60% 10% 30% rule for example to illustrated the inconsistencies that get publish, even more so the publisher state that they are not liable for the inaccuracies! These highlight the percentage of protein vs fats vs carbs in each meal and are the first 3 meals of the book. A basic fitness nutrition should consist of 1. Consistency among your food groups . That's way we prep meals for training and competition. Failure to plan then you plan to fail. 2. Knowing why you are eating...to lose weight... to gain weight...to lose fat... to have energy these are all different types of eating so if we are throwing around the macronutrients and not consistent with that we eat we are not training our body the way why we should to get results. Just think about how you train your muscles at the gym, well our internal system needs training too! #foodanalysis #foodeduction #foodporn #nutritionforfitness #fitnessfood #fitnessfuel #foodforthought #foodie #insiderinformation #eatright #foodprep #fitnessaddict #fitnessmodel #fitness #beinglegendary
