Green Sunset !
Ingredients:
45ml Casa Dragones tequila 22.5ml saké 45ml green prickly pear puree 15ml lemon 1⁄4 agave and 4 leaves of fresh basil
Method and serving instructions:
Macerate the basil leaves in the shaker, add the rest of the elements, add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain and serve on a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with basil leaves, held to the glass with a small wooden clip.
