A fine of 10,400 euros ($11,800) has been imposed on the Belgian prince in Spain for violating lockdown rules on a trip to the Andalusian city of Cordoba. 

The fine on Joachim was “for breaking confinement, which he has recognised, he’s been notified and 10,400 euros are required”, a government official said, reported AFP.
