Going live for 10 min feels like an eternity How many times have we built up so much resistance doing something and when we do it we look back and reflect that that wasn't half as bad or scary as we thought it would be. I remember when I did my first Facebook live. I thought that talking for 10 min was an eternity and what would people think of me if I repeated something or didn't look right, or my voice was too soft or too loud. I did it and after my first live I remember doing a happy dance, I felt so great that I pushed through my insecurity and I did it, and it was not even half as bad as I thought and I actually felt a great sense of achievement when it was done. Now I just love going live. Taking and sharing tips and being real and authentic feels really good.
