Believe in her potential, she is capable enough to keep herself HAPPY!
“Believe in her potential, she is capable enough to keep herself HAPPY!”
Does that title sounds cliché? Or a usual monotonous, motivational, awakening thought which is just read casually without realizing it’s profound meaning?
Importance of having one’s belief on you is taken very apathetically by most of us beings, until we pay a huge wrecking cost for its absence. Nope, this article is neither for relationship advices nor to preach some platitude.
While sipping a cup of coffee in the balcony, leering out clouds, rain and skyscrapers, was mind-struck by a question that what is it that can make one happy? Definitely it’s not deep pockets. There are innumerable factors which can be the cause of contentments. But, the biggest one is the belief of yourself on you. The belief that you are self sufficient to make yourself happy.
Why do humans are taught and spoon fed that their happiness entity is dependence of other beings? If that would have been the case we would have been born along with that other being or would die along with that being. But no, we are born as an individuals. You are born self-reliant and the only thing that needs to be done is harness the power of belief in oneself. Woefully we live in the emotionally driven irrational hypocrite society where your independency is questioned and challenged because of absence of society stamped dependent human.
Was this society present with her in her childhood when she escaped, handled and fought emotional trauma of child abuse? Or when she struggled for her place in corporate world? Or when she was agonizing in sadistic marriage? Apparently not, she was capable enough to conduct herself ingeniously then and so is accomplished enough to cater herself hereafter.
To ease out from this preposterous fraternity, one must believe in themselves. Your loved ones must believe in you that you are self sustainable and your own belief in yourself that you are complete as a whole.
Therefore, a requisition to all,
“Let her breathe & bloom independently, let her think independently, let her process independently, let her shine bright independently,
Believe in her potential, that’s all it will take to make her Happy!”
Please do comment your beliefs…!
Sometimes it takes another person to show the possibilities 🌱 because when a girl has lived a certain way for her entire life, and her parents and grandparents lived the same way, it's hard for her to question or find a way to change. This is especially true if she have no support and perhaps everyone has told her that she's crazy or a troublemaker. Showing a girl that her impossibles are possible will give her hope and the courage to change.
On my mind.
When your mind wants to bolt, but your heart hangs on, it is because you don’t know with absolute certainty what the truth is. When you waste so much time on something that you want to believe is true, you begin to overthink things. Eventually, something obvious becomes twisted into something absurd, which keeps us from believing a simpler answer. Over time, you believe your own lies and fantasies to shield yourself from hurt, when following what is logical would have been the quickest way to healing. It is through your own self-imposed delusions that you lose your perspective. The world then becomes different to you when in fact you are different. Why? Because your own ego gets in the way. Everyone wants to feel special. Everyone wants to have faith in others. Everyone wants to believe in fairytales, happy endings and have all bad interactions with others explained. It is easier to sit in denial with your delusions and pray someone or something will intervene, not realizing you already have the tools. You have been given commonsense and intuition, but you didn’t like how it made you feel. This is what true mental illness really is: Following your gut instinct through hell because you want to prove you are right, either to yourself or others. You sacrifice choosing to do right, in order to avoid pain. However, you don't realize that you have been in pain for a really long time and believed this was how happiness felt.
