Dubai's local law enforcement has now a Ferrari Police Cruiser. Be Afraid. Be Very Afaird.
It's just like being on a science fiction action pictures where the setting takes place nebulously in the future. But this is the reality. Dubai's local law enforcement has now a new baby. It's a Ferrari FF converted into a turbo-cruiser. So be afraid. Be very afraid.
If Robin Hood lives in Dubai, he would not have a chance against this beast. The law enforcement have opted for the less powerful FF instead of going into Berlineta. This is Ferrari's first all-wheel drive supercar, filled with interesting and unexpected technology.
The FF has a second gearbox in front of the engine with only two speeds that sends some of the power to the road. But don't mistake it for a soft car. At launch, the Scuderia praised the FF as being the fastest four-seat car in the world - maximum speed at 208 mph and 0-62 mph sprint in 3.7 seconds. That performance comes courtesy of a 6262cc V112 engine producing 660 HP.
The Dubai Police Chief Lt Gen Dahi said it's more of an emissary of peace that the sermonizer of war against speeding supercars. Amazingly, this white and green, police liveried supercar was revealed via the official Twitter page of the Dubai Police. When law enforcement agencies use social media outlets, you know you live in a peaceful, rich country.
