Hmm. Think voices are bugged somehow. I’m hearing the bell on lots of other players right after equipping the items used to make it available for myself. I’m not hearing it on everyone though.
I don’t know if they hear it too, but I suspect they do. That new player had the default call when I first met them. Shortly afterward they had my bell call, and started calling like crazy as though they heard the change.
