Ever tried to move when you’ve just been reborn after Eye of Eden?

Remember to fly counterclockwise around the Prairie Bells to catch the wandering lights. Each one stays in its own section, disappearing at the end and reappearing at the start of its own section, instead of continuing around the entire area. You see mine disappear after it dips below the clouds and doesn’t reappear with the mantas, so I just keep going. It’s a pain to chase them, so aim to intercept instead.

I’ve seen some griping about the lighting change in the path to Hidden Forest.

So it seems more like dawn now. Long, stark shadows thrown by the trees, but less gloomy, which I’d grown used to and expected from a place called Hidden Forest.

I don’t know if I like it better or not.

I’m really enjoying the art style of the Van Gogh season, the setting, the props, and the outfits!

i experienced the aurora concert for the first time ever and it was so much more beautiful than i had expected

it really reminded me of the intention Sky COTL was always about: an experience and a message to the world. i have forgotten about it as ive really been focused on the grind of the game, which i dont mind but it was nice re-experiencing why i fell in love with the game in the first place. i also really love how they handled the brutal realities of our world but within their own lore. it was heartbreaking but also hopeful. it didn't leave me feeling emotionally drained

i had no idea what i was getting myself into. it was exciting being able to experience the stories and perspectives of different light animals. this was a very intriguing thing to do and it really makes the player see the world through a lens most people forget exists: nature

there's so much more to say but ive yet to find the words because im still in awe. though i will say this, aurora really is divine. her voice, her energy and her power are so ethereal. that woman is a goddess lol

so yeah, that was truly an experience. i do feel that the concert is one that everyone should experience at least two times. that way you can get a better understanding of the lore being shown. the concert was worth the wait! thankfully, i didn't wait too long but still, definitely worth it. i forgot how powerful and angry "The Seed" is and how ive always deeply resonated with it since i first heard it playing the quest and how relevant it is to this day due to the rise of artificial intelligence. i share her anger. i share her pain. i share her desire for a better, healthier and happier world. she really gets it.

i hope the encore comes back some time soon so i can get a full and proper experience. it would be an honor to own those beautiful wings. and even though it was a digital concert, it really immersed me in well which is another thing i loved about it. it was also nice seeing how many other players experienced it with me. i wonder how many other sky kids were there experiencing it for the first time as well

with all that being said, this concert deeply touched me. it was amazing. everyone who worked on it did an amazing job. this was really beautiful. a memory i will cherish forever

I see this random basic model now and then. Just chilling. Not quite a full Skykid, not a ghost from festival tech either.

Tried to set the moth plushie on the rock for others to enjoy after I flew away. This happened instead. Every time I took a pic, it bounced higher, right through the ceiling, too.

Hi, Sky kids! With 0.34.0's release, a project some friends I worked on is LIVE, and you can check it out in the Experimental Features menu in Graphics Settings. This project is pretty near and dear to my heart as, in the past, when I've wanted to dance, I've had to try and remember where all of the different dances are.. but no longer! Thanks to Expression Categories, I can easily find all of my dances in one, convenient place.

We hope you all enjoy it, and if you have feedback about the categories and placement of different expressions, please share! 💖

(I'll probably continue to mostly use 💃 because it's the best emote in the game, but at least now I might use something else 🤔)
