One cup= 8 fluid ounces, or 240 ml. One cup of dry measure (like flour or sugar)= 16 tablespoons. An American stick of butter contains 8 tablespoons of butter, or 1/2 cup. Hope that helps! :)

No, didn’t get to see much of St Julians. We spent most of our time in Sliema and Valletta. And never got over to Mdina at all! We definitely want to return someday. And since we are getting snow today I envy your sunny weather so much! Lol :)
