I don’t think you’re doing anything to change the state of masculinity if you don’t include people of other genders into your version of masculinity. This is about a trans guy only camping/outdoors group that I got cruised into at a dispo (the pnw is so beautiful) that specifically is ONLY for trans guys. A) I don’t want to hang out in a group with only tguys are you crazy, I love my brothers but like. No. and B) you’re still creating a group that excludes people, specifically trans women, butches, nonbinary people, (who all, let’s be real, are the people who actually exhibit masculinity in a non-toxic way) lots of other people who might want to experiment with masculinity outside of a cis and male environment! Idk I don’t think you’re changing anything by having a dudes only group, cis or not. You have to include other trans people or else you’re still limiting masculinity to men, which is dumb.
