just a reminder that will having an acceptance arc does not mean he has to get over mike. you know who else had an arc of finding herself and figuring herself out and still got with the boy she had been in love with since she was a kid? belly conklin from the summer i turned pretty.
basically, going on a self acceptance arc and journey of finding yourself ≠ not getting with the love of your life. if you thought conrad and belly were still gonna get together when belly went to paris, but you dont think mike and will are gonna get together just because will has accepted his sexuality, then i fear youre either homophobic or have internalized homophobia.
