I forgot to ask how much screen time do we get of Jeremiah and Belly in books 1-2? I do love the changes they made of Taylor that she's team jelly gives me life she deserves better than steven if I'm being honest can't believe he likes Conrad after everything he did I'm over here like is everyone but Jere and Taylor lacking common sense.

The books are very short, so we barely have them. In book 1, we just see their friendship scenes, but still, it's little moments. Also, we have a few flashbacks. In book 2, we have almost the whole book because they spend time together when they go to find conrad. I love taylor even in books, I wouldn't say she was an awful friend. She always cared about Belly and tried to open her eyes that conrad was toxic and always told her that she should respect herself. She always cared about her mental health, tried to make her smile, told her that it's okay if she has some little fun even Susannah died, told her its okay okay to cry and show emotion after Susannah was gone. And book Taylor is TEAM JELLY as well! I kinda don't care about her and Steven in the series. They're cute, but I just don't feel anything towards them, honestly

Steven being bonrad supported feels just forced. If someone broke my little sisters heart, I would never allow him to be with my sister. And it's not just over one mistake, but conrad constantly hurt her several times and not only one tike at prom

True Taylor doesn't sound that bad but she still wasn't as great as tv series Taylor at least to me now in the series at least Jeremiah has one supporter in the books he probably has none I hate not many people consider Jere's feelings to me he's the most mature people just don't realize it because Conrad is older they always assume he's mature when she's just being a douche. I don't think anyone would read/watch the series without Jeremiah nobody has loved Belly like him I want Belly to know how lucky she's to have him I also wanted Belly to pine harder for him because he deserves it show that she really is in love with him and it was never Conrad she was just confused. I always assumed the crush she had on Conrad was what she thought he was like I hate how he does minor things and it makes him look good in her eyes If I read the books I think I would throw them across the room reading these things happening lol

Taylor was team Jeremiah even in books. She always tells Belly to get over conrad and loot at Jeremiah cause he treats her better. In books, I think taylor was a good friend, but Belly was too insecure that kinda viewed her as a bad friend.

She just wants to spend time together, but Belly doesn't even care about her sometimes. I think she was a good friend, not horrible, but Bellys own insecurities made her seem like a bad friend because all taylor wants is her to smile, be happy, open up to the world, being loved and love the right person

She always tries to tell her that conrad doesn't deserve her. That she must wake up and stop running after him and etc. She might be rude sometimes, but she tells the truth. Probably because of her tone, it seems rude. I loved some differences they made in the show. They made Belly and Taylor's friendship much more girls friendship who love each other instead of friends who secretly don't like each other
