Having realised that I am quickly speeding towards the milestone of 40 years old and having recently caught a glimpse of myself in photographs, something had to change. Jabba the Hutt was appearing in more wedding photos than he ever did in any Star Wars movie. Over eating was not the issue, what I was eating was.
