When it’s not too misty or foggy or hazy, the view from here is amazing and feels worlds away from the chaotic, lighted city below. Keep an eye on our website for new experiences ..▪PILLARS OF THE COMMUNITY▪Here’s another shot of downtown Los Angeles from early Sunday Evening. This is part of a 7 frame vertical panorama and shows the city during the time between the somewhat dull light and when all the buildings become lit up. When conditions are cloudy and there’s no haze, this view can be hard to beat. It’s not as easy to line everything up straight shooting in vertical despite a tripod head designed to make it easy and in the dark, I mostly relied on the adjustable lens collar to do this. I still prefer the speed of eyeballing a shot to using the million bubble levels on my tripod and grip.
