If it was just the leg that I lost it wouldn’t be as long journey as it has been. I managed to break my arms, and had compartment syndrome in the arms resulting in some loss of feeling in my left wrist, some decent screws holding me together and some more skin grafts. Well, today was a good day to get a new leg… sort of. 😂 Getting fitted for my prosthetic leg was quite the process. And you’ll see just how “confident” I was with my new leg. All in all, I’m so grateful to be able to walk again.
