Being on tour with the world famous rock band Queen wasn’t as chaotic or crazy as you thought it would be. Yeah, their parties got a little rowdy and the sea of women you’ve had to swim through to get a single drink was insane - it wasn’t nearly as bad as what you had envisioned in your head when your best friend, Roger, invited you.
“We could really use a woman’s touch on tour. Keep our feet on the ground or what not.”
Roger was over at your flat as he lounged on your sofa with a beer in his hand, his feet on your coffee table. You were sitting diagonally from him as you listened to him attempt to persuade you into coming along on a five month tour with the band.
“Five months?” you asked shocked. “Roger, how will I pay bills if I tell my job I’m leaving for five months to go do god-knows-what with you all?”
Roger shook his head and takes a swig from his bottle.
“You don’t have to worry about that. I’ll help you with whatever you need.”
You lean forward and push his feet off of your coffee table, causing him to lightly laugh.
“See? Like that! You’ll put us in our place and everything will be perfect. We need you.” he says with giant puppy dog eyes.
You narrow yours and tense your jaw in deep concentration.
“It’ll kind of be like a holiday.” you murmur.
Roger eyes go wide as he smiles and sits up more.
“Yes! Exactly! Look at it like you’re going on a holiday. Just with an awesome famous band.” he teases, throwing you a wink.
You roll your eyes and smile as you think for a moment longer, finally coming to a decision.
“Alright, fine,” you say, causing him to ball up his fists and whisper ‘yes’. “But the moment I feel left out, I’m leaving. Knowing you Roger Taylor, you’ll be busy doing what and who during your free time.”
“I promise,” he says, leaning forward with a big goofy grin on his face. “I promise you’ll have the time of your life.”
And he was, sadly, right. You’ve enjoyed yourself so much these past two months with the boys. Roger’s kept his promise about not leaving you out and you really felt like you were apart of the band. You all were almost to the next city where they’d be staying for a full week. You were almost to your hotel and you were beyond excited. You can finally get to your room and release some steam that’s been bugging you this whole car ride. Your thighs are squeezed together as you watch the boys all laugh and talk about something you weren’t paying attention to.
You look to Roger and admire how he smiles - his tongue slightly pushing between his teeth and then fully licking his lips. You were so sexually frustrated that you began imagining how nice his tongue must feel and how experienced he must be. You’re continuing to stare at him and are so lost in your thoughts, you don’t even realize him looking back at you.
“You alright?” he asks, his brows knitting together.
Oh god, you were biting your lip hard. You shake your head a bit and smile to him.
“Oh, yeah. Just tired.” you lie.
He stares at you a moment longer, a smirk-like smile on his face. If he could read your mind, you’d be screwed. Hopefully by him, you think to yourself. Where were all of these thoughts and feelings coming from? You’ve never thought of Roger that way. Alright, why are you lying to yourself? You’ve been so madly in love with him from the first time you met when you were sixteen. You deny the fact you like him so you wouldn’t be completely devastated when he tells you he doesn’t feel the same. Who cares if you think about your best friend when you touch yourself late at night? It’s not like anybody else needs to know your dirty little secret.
“And here we are!” says John as he looks out the window and up at the hotel.
Hotel? This was more like a condo. It was huge and beautiful. You stare up at it in awe as Roger slides next to you and does the same. You look over to him and admire the way his eyes flutter up and the slight smile on his lips. He looks to you and you quickly look back to the building fast. Roger slightly laughs as the door opens up and out he goes. He reaches his hand out for you to take and helps you out. You all make your way into the building and to the front desk. People stare at you in amazement as they whisper and smile and point at the boys, obviously recognizing them.
Joe checks in to his suite, then Brian, then Freddie, then Roger. Now it’s your turn.
“Last name?” asks the lady.
Her eyes keep darting over to Roger as she blushes and smiles to him. You narrow your eyes and lean forward, making sure your voice brings her back to reality.
“Y/l/n.” you say loudly, causing her to slightly jump.
You can hear Roger hold back a laugh behind you as the lady embarrassingly smiles and types away on the computer.
“I’m so sorry,” she says. “I don’t see you on here for a room. When did you make it?” she asks.
“What?” you ask, shocked. “We made these reservation days ago. Are you sure?”
She types some more on the computer and shakes her head, frowning.
“No, ma’am. I have nothing.”
“Well, then can we just rent a room right now for her?” asks Roger, walking up beside you.
“We’re completely booked, Mr. Taylor. Believe me, if I could, I would.” she says smiling to him.
You exhale and close your eyes, trying to think of something.
“Just bunk with me.” says Roger to you.
You look to him and your heart jumps. The thought about sharing a room with Roger made you feel shaky and light headed.
“Share a room with you?” you ask, your voice barely audible.
“Your room, Mr. Taylor, does have two separate beds in it. Along with a kitchen, bathroom and living area.” she tells him.
Roger looks to you and smugly smiles as he reaches down and grabs your bag.
“Then it’s settled. You’ll stay in mine.”
***
You were really hoping for some alone time and that’s not going to happen now. You couldn’t do what you were going to do, knowing that Roger was right there. You both were in your room as you look around in awe. The suite was large and beautifully decorated. You move past Roger and grab your toiletry bag and head for the bathroom. You close the door and lock it fast. You place your bag on the counter and unzip it. Your heart sinks.
“No!” you say loudly.
“You alright?” asks Roger, knocking on the door.
You jump and force yourself to calm down and laugh.
“Oh, yeah! I’m fine! Just left something back at the hotel.”
“Oh, do you need me to send our driver to get it? What was it?”
“Oops, here it is!” you lie.
It wasn’t there. The one thing you were hoping to see - your vibrator. You couldn’t dare tell Roger that it was missing. How embarrassing. You sulk for a moment longer until you walk back out to the living room and spot Roger inside the bedroom. The lady was right, there were two large beds right next to each other. Great. You pick your bed and slide under the covers, your back facing Roger.
“Going to bed already?” he asks, shocked.
You fake yawn as you speak.
“Yeah, I’m super tired. Night, Rog.”
He stares at you as he frowns.
“Oh. Night, y/n.”
***
The next day was a little better, or at least so you keep telling yourself. You were at rehearsals for the whole day with the boys as they practiced for their set. It was nearing 10pm when they all finally call it quits. Roger walks up to you all sweaty and grinning.
“Sounded amazing.” you tell him.
“You look amazing.” he says a smirk on his face - or until he realizes what he just said.
Your eyebrows go up as Roger stumbles with his words. His face goes red as he attempts to explain what he meant.
“What I mean is that your shirt looks good on you. The shirt is nice. You look nice.”
He closes his eyes and embarrassingly laughs.
“I like your shirt.” he slowly says, causing you to laugh.
“A compliment from the Roger Taylor? If I was any other girl I’d be on my knees by now.” you tease, giggling as you walk away.
Roger’s face goes serious at your words and then he laughs a bit, not knowing if you were serious or not - you were, but he doesn’t need to know that. You all make your way back to the hotel and you were suddenly reminded of your lost vibrator and your certain needs.
“We were all gonna go grab a drink at the lounge area downstairs. You wanna join?” asks Brian to you as you all walk inside.
Bingo! Perfect opportunity for you.
“Oh, I think I’m alright actually. I’m just gonna go read for a bit.”
Roger watches you with a confused look as you begin walking away.
“You sure?” he calls out.
“Yeah! Have fun!”
Finally. You’re all by yourself. You hurry to your room and jump on your bed. You unzip your pants and fling them off, along with your panties. You close your eyes and allow your fingers to slide between your soaked folds. You imagine Roger doing it himself and that helps a lot. You bite your lip as you slide a finger inside and groan.
“Roger,” you whisper out loud, but it doesn’t help.
You need more. You huff as you sit up and look around the room. Your eyes dart across Roger’s half opened bag as his drumstick is poking out. A sudden, crazy idea hits you. You stand up and walk over to it, your fingers picking it up. Roger’s fingers have touched this so many times and you're envious of them. You bite your lip and make your way back to your bed. You lie back down and decide when you’re done, you’ll wash it off. He’ll never know. You slowly bring the thicker part of the stick to your core and gently push it inside. Your back arches as you moan out, imagining Roger once more. It feels so good. You pick up the speed as your other hand works on your sensitive nub. It’s not like your vibrator, but it’s working. You feel yourself getting close.
“Roger,” you whisper out. “Oh, Roger. You feel so good.”
Your speed is picking up fast, when suddenly you hear the floor creak. Your eyes fly open as you remove the drumstick and look up fast. Your cheeks are red hot as you spot Roger standing in the doorway of the room, watching you. You fling the sheets over your lower half and your hearts beating fast. You want the floor to open up and swallow you whole.
“Roger,” you breathe out, embarrassed.
“Are you using my drumstick to… Masturbate with?” he asks, his eyes locked onto it beside you.
You close your eyes and fall back on the bed, covering your face and groaning.
“I’m so sorry! I’m such an idiot! I’m so embarrassed right now! You weren’t supposed to be here!” you cry out.
“You said to not leave you out and I felt like I was, so I came back to hang out with you! Tell me what exactly you’re doing?” he asks fast.
“I forgot-”
You freeze and don’t dare to say anymore, but Roger wasn’t having that.
“You forgot what?” he asks moving closer.
“I forgot my… My vibrator. I needed it so bad and I had nothing and I saw your drumstick and I’m such an idiot! I’m so sorry.”
Roger laughs and continues watching you, his eyes glancing down at your thrown off panties on the floor.
“So, you forget your sex toy and you decide to use my drumstick as one?” he asks, understanding. “All you had to do was ask.”
Your whole body freezes as you slowly look over to him with a confused look on your face.
“Ask you what? To go buy me a sex toy?” you ask, not understanding.
“No,” he says, half laughing. “Ask me to help you.” he says slowly for you to understand.
“For you to sleep with me?” you whisper.
“Is it such a bad idea? You need relief, I need relief. I trust you, you trust me.”
The two of you stare at each other for a moment as you’re in deep thought.
“Roger,” you whisper.
All you can do is nod. Roger’s face lights up as he walks up to you and sits on the side of the bed.
“Yeah?” he asks, making sure.
“Yeah.” you tell him, smiling.
Without waiting, Roger leans forward and kisses you hard. You lean into him as his hand tugs on your hair, making your groan.
“Lay back.” he whispers against you.
You do as he says and before you know it, he’s discarded all of his clothes and is hovering over you. You stare down at his length and bring your hand to pump him a few times. His eyes flutter closed as he jerks a bit at your touch.
“Does this feel weird?” you whisper to him.
“I think it feels amazing.” he teases, smiling.
You laugh and playfully nudge his arm.
“No, I mean this. Us. Right now.”
He looks down at you with a sweet smile on his face before leaning down and kissing you once more.
“I’ve wanted to do this for a long time, so, no. Not to me.”
You’re taken back by what he had just said.
“You have?” you quietly ask him.
“I have.”
All you can do is smile as he kisses you and begins sliding your shirt over your head. His hand goes in between your legs as he rubs you.
“I heard you moaning my name.” he whispers in your ear. “Is that why you’re so wet?”
You close your eyes and nod as you groan.
“Good girl.” he tells you.
He spreads your legs apart even further and places himself at your entrance.
“Are you sure?” he asks you.
“You have no idea how sure I am.” you tell him, your finger grazing his bottom lip.
Roger smiles as he bites his lip and slowly slips inside of you. You both moan out as he slides further in and pauses.
“Better than my drumstick?” he asks, making you laugh.
“Much better.”
Roger slowly slides himself out of you and then slams back inside. You dig your nails into his shoulders as you cry out. He repeats this action several times before bringing his hand down to rub tiny circles on your nub.
“Fuck,” you hiss at the contact.
“Feel good?” he asks.
“Harder!” you cry out.
Roger slams into you while nuzzling his face in the side of your neck.
“You- You feel so good. I don’t think I’m gonna last.” he says fast.
“Fuck, neither am I!” you moan out.
thrustthrustthrustthrust
“Where do you want me?” he asks quickly, his voice shaky.
“I wanna feel you inside me.” you whisper to him.
Roger practically growls by your answer as he picks up his speed and is suddenly crying out your name as his body jerks. He fills you up as you hold him close to you and hit your high as well. You’re both in the world of pure ecstasy as you hold onto one another and don’t want to let go. You’re seeing stars as he whispers against you.
“God, I love you.”
You hold still and open your eyes at his statement. Roger shakes his head, not meaning for that to have slipped out. He backs away and looks at you.
“What did you say?” you whisper.
He almost sadly smiles as he shrugs and repeats himself.
“I… love you. I have since I met you.”
“Roger,” you whisper, cupping his face with your hands. “I love you too.”
His eyes sparkle as he smiles and leans down to kiss you.
“Ya know,” he starts. “I wouldn’t mind watching you again with my drumstick.” he teases.
You lean your head back and laugh loudly, playfully shoving him off of you. Roger laughs and smiles as he watches you grin. The two of you confessed your love and you both have no idea that, a year from now, you’d be re-confessing them during your vows.
(hope you all like this sksksk WHY CANT I UPLOAD GIFS OR PICS TO THESE POSTS IM SO MAD UGH also there’s not so much smut, just mostly implied lol)

WARNING: prostitution
The windy streets of New York could almost be too much on a freezing night like this. Although you wish nothing more than to be back at your apartment, with some warm pajamas on and some hot cocoa in your hand - this was your job. You were allowed to wear a coat, but pants or long skirts were prohibited. You currently had on a tight black dress that barely covered your butt.
You thanked yourself for opting for the pair of black knee high boots you were currently wearing. Your hair hair was perfectly done as so was your makeup. You looked like something that came right out of the movie Pretty Woman. You were pleased with your appearance and knew that you would get some high paying clients. At this point, you didn’t care if they paid decent or not - you just wanted to go somewhere warm for a while.
“Fuckin’ freezin’ out here. They tryna kill us?” asks your good friend Gina.
Gina was her real name, but everyone called her Bambi, especially her clients. She has big doe like eyes, so the name fits her perfectly. Your nickname for your clients was Cherry, due to your signature bright red lipstick you would wear. Gina worked on these streets a lot longer than you. She took you under her wing when you first started and immediately since then you’ve been best friends - now roommates.
“I know. I can’t feel my hands.” you say, your voice trembling.
Your nose was ice cold and your eyes were burning from the harsh wind. You were looking around and spot a man parked in a nice SUV just across the road. He looked older and was staring directly at you. When you made eye contact with him, he looks nervous as he gets out of the car and makes his way across the semi busy road. It was your time to shine.
“Hi, baby.” you purr as he walks up and looks around nervously.
Gina watches the man and winks as he looks over to her. He gulps hard and reaches for his wallet in his back pocket.
“I, uh…” he starts as he opens it up. “I only got 20.” he tells you.
You’ve been told to never accept a 20 or lower. It was one of the rules.
“Sorry, baby. I’m worth more than that, don’t you think?” you ask with a wink.
The man’s face gets red as he’s embarrassed. His jaw tenses as he looks to Gina then back to you.
“She took a 20 last time. Why can’t you?”
You’re shocked for a moment as you turn to look at her. She looks irritated as she shakes her head no and walks up.
“I’ve never seen you in my life, pal. Now cough up some more or leave my girl alone.” she spats.
The man then gets irritated and reaches forward to grab your arm. Gina shouts out as you use your small clutch and start smacking him with it. Just then, you hear a shout and watch as an older man with a white beard hurries up and shoves the man back until he’s fallen onto the ground.
“Piss off!” he shouts as the man scrambles to get back to his car.
The older man looks to you and his eyes can’t help but look you up and down, slightly taken aback by your clothing choice.
“Are you alright?” he asks sincere.
You can’t break away from his blue eyes. This man was at least forty or plus years older than you, yet you were almost drawn to him.
“Thank you.” you tell him in your fake seductive voice. “Anything I can do to repay you?” you purr as you bite your lip and walk closer to him.
The man smiles sweetly as he realizes what you’re line of work is. He looks to the corner of the road and then back to you.
“Let me buy you a cup of coffee, yeah? You must be freezing.” he says as he looks back down to your bare legs.
You were freezing. Hypothermia would kick in at any moment you thought. You look back to Gina and watch as she’s talking to one of her regulars. You look to the man and smile slightly.
“If that’s what you want.”
***
“Men can be such dogs.” he says as he orders two hot coffees.
The coffee shop is warm and inviting. You look beyond out of place as people stare at you. Women roll their eyes and men practically drool, but everyone whispers. You didn’t fit in at such a nice place like this. You were an outcast.
“That’s an understatement.” you laugh as you both sit down in a small booth in the far back corner.
The man watches as you peer around the cafe.
“I’m Roger.” he says as he holds out his hand - a hand that you can spot tattoos on.
You stare at it for a moment and then back to him before reaching out as well.
“Cherry.” you say, using your fake name.
Roger looks half shocked by the fake name choice.
“Is it because of your lips?” he asks as someone brings the coffee to your table.
You raise a brow and smirk as you lean closer, allowing your cleavage to be exposed and push against the table for him to see - which he clearly does.
“You like my lips, Roger?” you purr. “I can show you exactly what they can do.”
Roger’s taking a sip of his coffee as he chokes a bit and coughs. You just continue to smirk as you lean back against the booth chair.
“Do you like what you do?” he randomly asks, causing your smile to fall.
You weren’t expecting a question like that. You’re taken aback as you awkwardly laugh and then just shrug.
“Bit personal, don’t you think?” you ask, not knowing how to answer.
Roger understands and nods his head.
“Listen, would you like to keep me company for dinner at my hotel? I’m here in the city all alone and could use the company. I’ll pay hourly if you want.”
Okay, you’ve never been asked that before. You were mind blown by the sincerity behind that question.
“Are you trying to murder me?” you ask as you lean forward, your eyebrows knitted together.
Roger’s eyes open wide for a moment before he laughs.
“I didn’t think inviting a beautiful girl back to my place for dinner would come across as me wanting to murder you, but I reassure you, no. I’m not.”
He has a sense of humor. You like that. You smile slightly and then nod as you stand up fast, grabbing your coffee.
“Alright, I’m starving.” is all you say before walking ahead of him and outside.
Roger jumps up and hurriedly places his money on the table and rushes after you.
***
“You’re willing to pay me hourly to just… Spend the evening with you?”
You’re in the passenger side of his vehicle as he drives through town. His car’s a sports car that you knew cost thousands. Something you always dreamed of having.
“I’m sure other man pay more for worse things.” he teases back, causing you to agree and laugh.
“Alright,” he starts as he pulls in. “Here we are.”
You look up the hotel and your face falls. Your eyes are wide and your mouth’s hung open.
“Holy shit!” you say loudly. “You’re staying at the Four Seasons? Do you know how much this place costs a night?!” you ask completely dumbfounded.
Roger just laughs and nods as he parks his car in front of the building as valet rush to open the door from him and you.
“I would hope I’d know. I am the one paying for it.”
Your door opens up and as you step out, the valet men are staring at you. A woman walks by with a small child holding her hand. The second she sees you, she makes a disgusted face and promptly places her hand over his eyes and hurries inside.
“You go on inside and get warm. I just have to fill out some paperwork for valet.”
You’re still in shock as you nod and slowly make your way inside. The lobby was huge and beautiful, more beautiful than you had imagined. It was clean and brightly lit as people were dressed up from head to toe. A woman at the front desk watches as you enter and her sweet smile falls into an annoyed one.
“Ma’am?” she asks as she walks away from her desk and up to you.
You look to her fast and smile.
“Ma’am, may I help you with something? Are you lost?”
Your smile falls as your cheeks turn red.
“Not lost.” you say back. “Waiting for someone.”
“Do you have a room with us?” she asks with a snarky tone.
She knew exactly what your answer would be.
“Um, no, but-”
“Well then I’m gonna have to ask you to leave the building. We just cleaned the floors.” she says with the rudest smile you’ve ever seen.
“Excuse me?” you ask, your voice echoing. “I’ll clean these damn floors with your face-”
Just then, Roger is behind you with his hand on your lower back. You stop talking, but are glaring at the woman. Her face shows that she's frightened from the threat you had just made and you didn’t care.
“She’s with me.” he says fast. “I didn’t realize that’s how this place treats guests. You should be beyond embarrassed.” he says angry.
“Oh, Mr. Taylor! I am so, so sorry!”
She keeps trying to talk to him as he rolls his eyes and walks away with his hand still on your back. You look back to the woman and smile sarcastically while mouthing ‘bye’ and waving your hand. The two of you make it to the elevator and wait for it to open. Once inside, you lean against the wall and close your eyes, sighing to yourself.
“I’m sorry about that.” he says softly.
You look to him and smile while shaking your head.
“Not your fault. I’m use to it. Trust me.”
Roger wants to say so much more to you, but he doesn’t as the doors open up once more. You all walk out and you follow him to his room. He opens the door and in you walk. Once again, your mouth falls open. The room he’s in is like a small house. There’s a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a built in sauna.
“Wow,” you whisper as he shuts the door behind him.
The bedroom portion is connected to the living as it sits there wide open. You smirk to yourself as you walk over and crawl onto the bed, laying on your side. You eye Roger as he watches you with a faint smile on his lips.
“Wanna join me?” you ask.
He smiles even more as he turns around and walks away.
“Want a drink?” he asks, ignoring your question.
You’re confused as to why he’s not completely melting at your tricks. You roll your eyes and nod.
“Sure. Whatever you’re having.”
He brings back a drink and you both sip on it for a moment before he speaks up.
“You never answered my question from earlier.”
You look up confused.
“Do you like what you do?”
You tense your jaw as a smirk fills your face. You place your drink down and slowly make your way over to him. Roger gulps hard as he lowers his drink and watches you. You press yourself against him and fiddle with the black tie he’s wearing.
“I’m sure you’d like what I do.” you purr. “How about you make the most out of that money you’re spending, huh?”
As you’re saying this, your hands are down at his belt buckle and slowly undoing it. Roger’s hand reaches down and stops them. You look to him utterly confused.
“That’s really not why I invited you here.” he says softly. “When I saw you, before I knew what it is you… do, I wanted to meet you. Talk to you. Get to know you.”
Your heart melts as he explains everything to you. You remove your hands and take a step back - your eyes never leaving his.
“You really don’t want anything?” you ask softly.
“I really don’t.” he says back sweetly.
You’re both quiet for a moment as you walk back to the couch in the living room and lean against it.
“No.” you say, confusing Roger. “No, I don’t like what I do. It makes you feel like less of a human the more you do it and now… I don’t who I am anymore. I put on this persona of Cherry and… It’s like I get lost in it.”
Roger’s surprised that you actually had opened up to him - a complete stranger.
“Why do you keep doing it?” he asks, walking closer to you.
“Because… Because I work for someone and they would be beyond pissed off if I left. I’m too scared I suppose.”
Roger walks all the way up to you as you take in a deep, shaky breath. Something about him took your breath away. You look up and stare into his eyes as he does the same.
“You’re a very beautiful girl.” he whispers. “Let me help you.”
As he says those words, the wall you had built was put back up. You were angry as you stood up straight.
“I’m not a charity for you to feel bad for!” you spat at him. “I don’t need your pity help!”
You go to walk around him, but not before he grabs your wrist and pulls you back to him. Without thinking, you lean forward and kiss him. His hand’s cupping your face as you moan against him. The kiss was slow and sweet, the opposite of what you’re used to. Roger was taking his time with you. He hadn’t even been the one to start the kiss - you had. After several more moments, you both lean away to catch your breath.
“I’m sorry.” he whispers. “I wasn’t planning on that happening.”
You just smile and shake your head.
“That one’s on the house.” you tease, causing him to laugh. “Kiss me again.” you whisper.
He listens as his lips are back on yours. This was the first time in a very, very long time that someone had actually wanted to kiss you and not because they paid you to. The whole mood was different from previous hookups and it made this warm feeling in your belly spark up. Being wanted and not tossed to the curb afterwards was a good feeling and you didn’t want this to end.
“We’re not on the clock anymore.” you sigh against his lips.
Roger’s hands were perched on your hips as he squeezes. You had began slowly walking backwards towards his bed. He stops and leans away, slightly shocked.
“Not on the clock?” he asks.
“I don’t want your money.” you tell him. “Right now, just you.”
Roger smiles and resumes him kissing you until you’re all the way to his bed. The back of your legs hit it and you fall backwards. You laugh loudly as Roger stares down at you - admiring you. This was also a first. In the eyes of every man you’ve been with was lust, but with him, it was different. Lust was nonexistent and replaced by something you weren’t sure of. What you were sure of was that, when the morning comes, you’d be tangled with Roger in bed.
***
You were right.
The sun attempted to shine through Roger’s hotel’s curtains. Your limbs were tangled up as your naked bodies pressed together. Roger hums as he begins to wake up and squirm around, causing you to do the same. You stretch and yawn as you look up to a sleepy Rog. His hair was crazy, but he looked none the less gorgeous. You couldn’t help but smile.
“Good morning.” you whisper.
“Mmm, good morning.” he whispers back.
“Sleep okay?” you ask as you sit up on your elbow.
“Like a baby.” he teases. “How about you?”
“Well,” you start with a smirk. “From what I can remember, we didn’t do that much sleeping.”
Roger smiles and raises his brows as he nods his head.
“For an old man, I’m surprised I could stay up that late.” he teases.
You have a serious look on your face as you bring your finger to his mouth and cover it.
“Don’t call yourself that. Understood?” you ask seriously.
Roger can’t help but smile as he nods.
“Yes, ma’am.” he jokes, causing you to laugh.
Your smile faintly falls as you look down and think.
“Were you serious about helping me, you know, get out of this?” you ask.
Roger knows exactly what you’re referring to.
“Cross my heart.” he tells you as he sits up as well.
He makes a x motion over his heart as you laugh and bite your lip.
“Cross my heart.” you whisper as you make the same x motion.
Roger stared at you with the crinkling of his blue eyes. You smile and suddenly think about Gina and how worried she must be. You sit up fast and search for your outfit that was thrown across the floor.
“I should really be going.” you say sadly. “My roommate probably has all of New York looking for me.”
Roger gets up from bed and dresses quickly with you.
“Wish you didn’t have to leave.” he admits, causing you to look at him and smile.
“Don’t think this is the last of me you’ll see.” you tease. “But next time, it’ll be double.”
Roger smirks and walks up to you and places his hands on your hips.
“Oh will it?” he asks. “I’d pay anything to see you again.”
You bite your lip as you smile and lean in to kiss him one last time.
“I put my number next to your bed.” you tell him as you walk away towards the door.
You open it up just as he calls out for you.
“I still don’t know your name!”
You turn around and watch as he anxiously waits.
“Y/n.” you tell him with a smile and then you’re gone.
You were confused about what had replaced the look of lust, something you had been so used to seeing, in Roger's eyes. You just didn’t know that eventually you would understand that look like the back of your hand.
Love.

The repeating loud bang of someone at your door had made you and Roger shoot right out of bed. You were half asleep as you clash into each other all while trying to find clothes to throw on. Your eyes were squinted as you sheepishly hiss when Rog steps on your foot on the way to the door.
“Sorry!” he says quickly by the pained expression on your face.
You hurriedly grab the handle and swing it open. Whoever this was better have a good reason for waking you up at 7am.
“Good morning! I wanted to make sure you both got up on time. Didn’t think a phone call would do it.”
Ellie. You stare at her with fire in your eyes as she has the most sarcastic, fakest smile on her lips.
“So you decided to come break our door down? You do realize other people are staying in this hallway as well? You knocked like there was a fire.” you hiss.
Ellie’s smile never falls.
“We should be energetic like there is one! It’s my rehearsal dinner and I expect,” she spats the last word. “Everything to go as planned. Understood?”
“And if I don’t understand?” you ask smiling.
Roger rolls his eyes and grabs the door as he leans forward.
“We understand, Ellie. Goodbye.”
Before you can say anything else, Roger closes the door and locks it. He leans against the wall and rubs his tired eyes all while yawning. You yawn as well as you sluggishly walk up and lean yourself against him. He smiles softly as he kisses the top of your head and wraps his arms around you.
“Ya know,” you start. “We could just get a ticket. Leave right now. Nobody would know.”
Roger laughs as you nuzzle your face into him.
“That would break your sisters heart.”
Your smile falls as you slowly lean away from Roger and look up to him with sad eyes.
“That’s if she had one.” you whisper.
Roger’s face falls as you turn around and slowly walked back to the bed before falling on it. He’s stood there for a moment longer as he just watches you. He then treads back to you leans over while kissing your neck.
“A shower will wake us up.” he whispers in your ear.
You smirk to yourself and turn around so you can face him.
“You know what else would wake us up?” you as seductively as you run your hand through his hair.
Roger’s brow raises as a smile creeps on his face.
“What’s that?” he asks, clearly enjoying where this is going.
You smile a moment longer before leaning in, your lips barely grazing against his.
“Coffee!” you whisper before turning and jumping out of bed.
You’re giggling like crazy as Roger sighs loudly, but he can’t help but laugh with you.

“So she’s having the wedding on the beach? What about seagulls?” asks Roger as you two hold hands and walk through the lobby of the hotel.
“What about them?” you ask, not understanding.
“Well what if they start attacking? Have you ever seen the movie The Birds? They go insane!”
You pause walking as you look over to Roger with narrowed eyes.
“So you think the seagulls are going to go crazy on the day of Ellie’s wedding and start attacking all of us?”
Roger looks away as he thinks for a moment and then shrugs.
“It’s a possibility. Have you seen how they act when there’s food around? They’re mental.”
“You’re mental.” you tease.
Roger leans in close to you as your parents spot you from across the lobby and begin waving.
“You’re so lucky that there’s people around.” he whispers in your ear.
You look up to him and smiled innocently as your mom rushes up and hugs you tight.
“How are you feeling?” she asks worried as she leans away and looks you up and down.
“I’m fine, mom.” you reassure her.
“You sure, kiddo? You took a big fall.” says your dad.
“I promise I’m alright. Roger made sure I was okay.”
Your parents smile as your dad walks up to him and pats him on the back. As he does this, Ellie and Alex are walking up. They spot the sweet moment between your dad and Roger and they both tense their jaws.
“I’m here!” says your sister in a loud singing voice.
“Ah, there she is.” coos your mother.
“Shall we get to the beach? Don’t want to keep Alex’s family waiting.” she says while looking to you.
You grab Roger’s hand while he watches you. You all make your way out of the hotel and down to the beach. A few small chairs are facing the water as a beautiful, white archway is stationed for Ellie and Alex to stand in front of. A pastor was already in position as they all greet him.
“Alright, y/n, you’re right behind me,” says Ellie.
You take your position and watch as everyone else, besides your father, sits down. Roger is next to your mother as Ellie looks around with a thinking face.
“Roger!” she says loudly, catching you off guard.
He looks just as confused as you.
“Would you be a dear and fill in the place of Alex’s best man? He won’t be here until tomorrow.” she says a little too sweetly.
You just roll your eyes as Roger looks to you for confirmation. You nod your head and he awkwardly gets up and walks over to him. He avoids Alex altogether as he stands behind him and looks directly to you. Alex’s eyes are on you for a moment and you shift uncomfortably by his gaze. Ellie walks to the end of the aisle and links arms with your father. A huge grin is on her face as she looks to Alex all lovingly. Music from someone’s phone pops on and it’s the traditional wedding one. Ellie and your father begin to slowly walk down the aisle and your heart breaks.
You imagine yourself in her shoes. You should have been the one to be walking down the aisle. You should have been glowing and beyond excited for your forever with Roger. Roger!? Your heart races as a small smile slips on your face. You didn’t realize you had been thinking of him like that. You quickly look to him with tears in your eyes. He looks almost worried as he watches you. You give him a reassuring smile and he tries to give one back. Ellie finally makes it to the front as she looks over to a blonde women all dressed up in business clothes.
“Like that?” she asks her.
“Was perfect!” says the women.
She must be the wedding planner. Ellie and Alex go on for what seems like forever as they ask questions and then recite vows. You pay no attention as you stare off into space and then to Roger. He looks just as bored as you feel. When the rehearsal is finally over, everyone cheers for them as they both jokingly kiss and smiled. Roger walks up to you and kisses your forehead.
“You okay?” she asks.
You look up to him and smile.
“Definitely.”

You all have a ballroom inside the resort rented out for a lunch gathering. It’s a large room with music all around. There’s rows and rows of food as people walk around with champagne. Some guests must have arrived that you don’t know, because Ellie spots them and squeals loudly as they hug. You grab some champagne and down it fast. Roger begins to have a deep conversation with your dad as he looks over to you and winks. You smile and realize you need more to drink. You look around and spot a waiter as he walks by.
“Where would the champagne be?” you ask.
He smiles sweetly to you.
“Oh, yes ma’am. There’s more glasses filled in the kitchen if you'd like me to get them for you?”
“Oh, no that’s okay. I can get them myself. Thank you.”
You walk away and are in search of the kitchen. Two large swinging doors come into view and you knew instantly where to go. You walk inside the abandoned kitchen and listen as the loud music becomes muffled. You can actually hear again. This all seemed too much for you. It was all too real. You lean forward against a counter and close your eyes as you take in a deep breath to calm yourself down. You open them up and spot the champagne. You walk over to the table and down one more.
You need to tell Roger exactly what you imagined when Ellie was walking down the aisle. You need to tell him that it was him that you imagined walking up to. It was him that you wanted to be with forever. He just needed to know. You grab another glass of champagne right as the double doors fling open and allow the loud music inside. They shut again and you turn around fast. Alex was staring at you.
“Is this a mistake?” he asks fast.
You’re confused and slightly buzzed as you look around and down at the drink in your hand.
“No, this is champagne.”
Alex shakes his head and takes a step towards you.
“Ellie and I getting married… Is it wrong?”
You roll your eyes and lower your glass.
“You’re asking your ex girlfriend if it’s wrong that you’re marrying her sister? Really?”
“Should I be with you?” he asks fast.
You narrow your eyes as you shake your head.
“You’re marrying my sister! That’s disgusting that you would even ask me that, Alex! Seriously? Now!?”
He sighs and nods his head.
“I know. I’m sorry, it’s just-”
“It’s just that I’m in love with Roger, Alex. I’m in love with, Roger.” you repeat to yourself as you down the champagne and continue to hold the glass. “I saw myself marrying him.” you whisper.
You smile and look to Alex.
“I saw myself marrying him!” you say loudly as the realization hits you. “I have to go tell him.”
You walk forward and try to go around him, but Alex has other ideas. He grabs your wrist and pulls you into him as he slams his lips onto yours. You’re surprised by the sudden events that the glass in your hand slips and shatters all around. Your face scrunches up instantly as you shove Alex away.
“Y/n, c’mon,” he goes to say.
You were beyond angry that he would force himself onto you like that. You raise your hand and slap him harshly on the side of his face. He hisses at the hard hit and instantly brings his hand to his face.
“Don’t you ever touch me again, you pig.” you hiss at him.
You hurriedly walk around him and through the double doors. Your heart was beating fast and your face was bright red. You look around for Roger, but can’t find him. You spot your father and hurry to him.
“Have you seen Rog?” you ask him fast.
He notices the tears in your eyes and your shaking hands.
“He stormed out of here just now. Are you alright, my love?” he asks worried.
“He stormed out of here? What do you mean!?” you ask confused.
“He looked upset about something and he just left. Why? What’s happened?” asks your mother.
“Where was he?” you ask as you look around.
“He had went to the kitchen to look for you.” says your father.
Your eyes dart to the double doors and land on a window on each one. A window that anyone could have peered into and saw how Alex kissed you. Just then, Alex comes walking out with his hand still on his face. His eyes are instantly glued with yours are your heart sinks.
(this is the first chap and i REALLY want feedback from u guys if u like it and if i should continue it or not!!! i have so many idea lmaoooo)

Description: you need a date to your sister’s week long wedding event and you know just who to take
Your last relationship ended about eight months ago with a man you were with for four years. Four of the best years of your life - that is until he cheated on you with a girl from your work. It shattered your heart and destroyed any hope in you that believed love was real. To you, now, it was a scam and was meant for one of you to get hurt. Usually, that meant you. The scars on your heart were still healing, but bled open again when you got unexpected news only three months into your breakup.
“I’m sorry,” you say slowly. “You’re what?”
You’re sitting in front of your sister at her house while she dropped a bomb on you.
“Alex and I are… Well, we’re dating. A couple.”
You couldn’t process what you were hearing. This had to be fake. She would surely break her serious front and begin belly laughing at how ridiculous that would be. You waited with wide eyes, but it never came. She was as serious as before. She wasn’t lying.
“You and… And my ex are… Dating? You’re dating Alex?” you ask, your voice getting higher.
You make a disgusted face as you stand up quickly and feel yourself beginning to hyperventilate. You begin pacing back and forth, trying to wrap your mind around this. She stands up quickly and holds her hands up in defense.
“Sis, listen, it’s not like it was planned.” she says cautiously, scared to fuel the fire even more.
“You and Alex!?” you whisper, rubbing your hands against your thighs in an attempt to calm down.
It didn’t work. You hunch over and take in a deep breath, suddenly feeling sick. You stand up and shake your head fast.
“My ex who I was with for four years!” you whisper once more. “You saw how bad I was when we broke up. You said all of those things about him! You called him a no good pig, for Christ’s sake!”
“Y/n, please calm down. I’m so sorry. You have no idea how sorry I am.
“Well apparently not!” you shout. “You’re still with him! You and Alex!” you say once more.
Your sister stares at you with pleading eyes. They were glossy and threatened to spill.
“Please don’t hate me.” she whispers, her voice shaky.
You sarcastically laugh as you narrow your eyes and shake your head.
“Oh, no! Ellie, don’t you dare make me feel bad for you! It won’t work this time!”
Ellie shuts her eyes and exhales as you hurry over to her front door and grab your coat.
“I actually can’t believe you would do something this low. And here I thought we were best friends.”
And with that, you slammed the door behind you.

Now, five months after finding out about them, you get another call you were least expecting. You had just made it inside your apartment when your phone began ringing. You place your groceries down in a hurry and rush to it. You know the number on the screen. It’s your sister. You close your eyes and take in a deep breath before answering.
“Hello?”
“Y/n? It’s Ellie.”
You roll your eyes in annoyance.
“I know who you are. My phone clearly states it when you call.”
There’s an awkward silence. You huff and run a hand through your hair.
“What is it, El?” you ask fast.
“You’re my sister,” she starts.
“Barely.” you spat without thinking about it.
You can hear her sigh as you almost regret saying that.
“You’re my sister, so please think about what I’m about to tell you. Okay?”
You look around your apartment and try to think of an excuse to get off the phone, but you’ve got nothing.
“What is it?”
“Well…” she pauses. “Alex and I are getting married.”
Your heart falls. Your legs feel wobbly as you practically fall onto your couch for support.
“Married?” you whisper.
“I know. It’s so fast and we’ve only been dating for a short while-”
“And he’s my ex.”
The tension is thick and you can’t stop making it worse.
“I’m so sorry, y/n.” she says sincerely. “I was calling to ask you to be my maid of honor. Please? It would mean so much to me.”
You tense your jaw as you fight back a huge laugh. She’s really asking you to be apart of her wedding with your ex? You have to say no. You have to say no.
“Okay.”
What!?
“Oh my gosh!” she squeals. “You have no idea how much that means to me, sis. We’re doing this week long event in Hawaii for it. Don’t worry, I’m getting you and your plus one a ticket! I’ll send you all of the details, okay?”
You lean your head forward and force yourself to smile.
“Can’t wait.”
***
Your plus one. Your plus one. That thought keeps running around your head as you think about it all day. You can’t go to your sister's wedding alone. Especially a wedding with your ex. How pathetic would that look? You’d be laughed at. Or worse, people would sadly smile every time they look at you, because they know what had happened. That can’t happen. But don’t worry, you know the perfect person to ask. You dial the number and wait several seconds before they pick up.
“Hello?”
“Roger!” you say excitedly. “How’s my best friend doing? You well?” you ask.
“You were just here an hour ago. Why? Something’s wrong. You sound weird.”
You frown hard as you walk to your bedroom and sit on the bed.
“I have some awesome news for you.” you say sarcastically. “Ellie’s getting married.”
“What!?” he asks shocked. “How’s that good news!?”
Your face falls.
“It was a joke, Rog. It’s the worst news I could have ever gotten and I’m torn between going or moving to a new continent so they can’t find me.”
You lay down on your bed as Roger softly laughs.
“Can I come with?” he asks.
You smile at his eagerness to run away with you.
“Always. But my runaway plans aren’t why I called you. I need you to do something for me.”
“Oh no, no, no. If it’s another one of your blind dates, then no! I’ve had enough of your weird friends for a lifetime.”
“Alright, first off, rude! Secondly, my friends are awesome. And third, it’s not that. How would you like an all paid vacation to Hawaii?” you ask with fake excitement.
“What’s the catch?” he asks.
“You really do know me.” you tease. “The catch is that it’s for Ellie’s wedding! Yay!” you cheer out.
“Oh, no. Please don’t ask me that.”
“Oh, c’mon, Rog! I need a date! I can’t go alone and you’re the only guy I trust! Pleeeeeease!” you beg loudly.
Roger groans a bit until he gives in.
“Okay, fine! I’ll go to your sister’s weird ass wedding with you. But only for you. Not for her.”
You grin hard as you thank him repeatedly.
“I promise you, you’re not going to regret this! Love ya!” you tell him, causing him to laugh.
“Love ya too.”
You both hang up as you stare at your phones and sigh.
“I’m so going to regret this.” he says.
“He’s so going to regret this.”

The employee that travels around the world for her boss and company. That’s exactly what you were. Your boss stayed at the company while you fly around and meet with clients, talking about work and how to expand. Your latest client was in the state of Minnesota and you had finished meeting with them, making more money than what you had expected. You were in the best of moods and nothing could ruin that. Especially since you found out where you’re flying out to next.
You’ve never been to England before, but apparently a new client was based there so, of course, it’s your job to go greet them and up-sell whatever you could. Your boss even told you that after this meeting, he was putting you up in the best hotel and giving you a weeks vacation for all of the hard work you had done. You were in need of a vacation, so you couldn’t wait to begin.
You had never been to Minnesota, so you weren’t exactly sure how bad they got when their annual snow storms hit. Well, today you got to find out. That good mood you thought nothing could ruin, well, it was now ruined. Snow gushed down from the dark sky and coated everything with thick, white sheets. The cab ride to the airport was excruciatingly slow as traffic was backed up due to the hard effort of seeing anything around you. It was like you were in a real life winter wonderland.
You were in the back seat as you continuously keep looking down at your phone and checking the time. It was nearing noon and you were supposed to have been at the airport an hour ago, seeing as your flight leaves in thirty minutes. You huff loudly and look out the window, praying that you get there on time. You weren’t far from the airport, in fact, you could see the building from where you were stopped. You groan and look back down at your phone when the cab began driving once more.
“I apologize for the delay,” your cab driver tells you. “I haven’t seen a storm this bad in a while. I’m trying to get there as fast as I can.”
You relax by his sweet tone and smile.
“Oh, this isn’t your fault at all. The weather clearly has an evil sense of humor.”
The cabby laughs and agrees with you as you get closer to the airport. It’s packed with cars and other cabs outside of the entrance. The man hurries to find an empty space and parks. He jumps out and rushes to the trunk and retrieves your luggage. You hold your purse close to you as you step outside and gasp. The numbing, cold wind hits your face and your eyes instantly water. It was almost hard to breathe by how freezing it is. You curse yourself and your boss for not checking the forecast before you flew here. You sweetly thank the cabby for his patience as you grab your luggage and hurry inside. The doors slide open and you’re greeted by warmth and far away voices. From the amount of cars outside, the airport was actually pretty dead. Your answer was the insane snow storm outside.
You quickly speed walk and find your check-in lane for your bags and ticket. You’re stood in line behind one person as the women helps someone else. You can’t hear what they’re saying, but the person walks away and takes their luggage with them. You watch them confused as the next person walks up to the counter and suddenly does the same. Someone behind you sighs and curses a bit as you ignore them and walk up to the desk.
“Flight to England?” asks the women.
You nod and dig through your purse to pull out your ticket for her to scan.
“Ma’am, I’m so sorry, but that flight has been canceled as of right now. All flights for that matter.”
Your heart sinks as you listen to her.
“Canceled?” asks someone behind you, as they walk up next to you.
You look over quickly due to the person being so close to you. You watch as a handsome man has his face scrunched up in confusion and impatience. He looks to you for a moment, causing you to look back to the lady fast.
“Yes, sir. Everything’s canceled until the storm has passed and it’s clear. I’m so sorry, but I can guarantee you that the airport will provide you a room to stay in at the hotel just next door. Let me scan your tickets and you both will be contacted via phone when your room’s ready. Once again, I apologize.”
You sigh and allow the women to scan your ticket and then the mans. You thank her as you grab your luggage and walk away in search of a cafe nearby. You were frustrated and hungry as you find a table and place your luggage beside it. You walk up and order a drink and food, making your way back. You sit down and are quickly typing away on your cell phone, explaining to your boss what’s happened. You’re continued looking down when someone walks up and clears their throat. You look up fast and it’s the same man from before, awkwardly smiling at you. You smile back and raise your brows, looking around real fast.
“Can I help you?” you ask, confused.
“Sorry, yeah,” he says flustered. “I saw that you and I are flying to the same destination. Not sure how long it will be until we get to the hotel. Um, do you mind if I join you?” he asks.
You smile and nod, moving your food back towards you. He grins and quickly takes a seat across the table from you.
“I’m Roger by the way.” he says, reaching his hand out for you to shake.
You take it and smile, your stress slowly melting away.
“Y/n.” you say back..
“So, y/n, what does England have in store for you? Business or pleasure?”
You sit your phone down and lean back against your chair.
“Both. I’m going for business first and then taking my vacation there. I suppose you’re from there?”
Roger laughs and nods, leaning back as well.
“Was it my accent that gave that away?” he asks.
You laugh with him and the two of you begin talking about anything and everything to pass time. You find out he’s in a popular band over in the UK and he was over here in the states visiting. He was in California for a meeting with his band members, but when they all left to head back home, he flew to Minnesota to visit a friend. And, well, now you’re both stuck.
An hour passed and you found yourself laughing at everything he said, something you haven’t done in a long time. You also couldn’t deny the fact that he was appealing to the eye, if you might say so. You both talk a while longer when you get a call on your phone, telling you that your room was available. You both stand up as he shakes your hand again.
“Well, it was very nice meeting you, y/n. Guess I’ll see you when our ban is up.” he teases.
“Likewise, Roger. Stay warm.” you tell him as you grab your luggage and walk away.
You couldn’t stop smiling as you walk around the corner and up to a desk marked HOTELS. You give them your name and they order you a bus ride over to the hotel. The ride was short and sweet, much better than the cab ride before. You arrive at the hotel and check in to your room.
“You’re in room 303.” says the lady at the front desk.
You thank her and make your way to the room. The hotel was absolutely packed and you realized no wonder the airport was dead, they were all here. You finally find your room and walk inside. It’s decent with a queen sized bed and large flat screen TV in front of it. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and you knew for a fact that you were going to put that to good use.
You prop your luggage in the corner and walk into the bathroom, shutting the door behind you. The hotel had a large, soft bathrobe so you slipped from your clothes and put it one. You were in the middle of pulling your hair up when you hear your door handle jiggle a bit, as if someone was trying to open it. You freeze and listen closely, hearing your door open then shut. You jump and look to the bathroom door, your heart pounding.
You spot the hotels mini hair dryer on the counter. You pick it up and hold it forward, using it as a type of weapon. You slowly walk to the door and take in a deep breath before turning it fast and jumping forward, looking into your room. A man is stood with his back facing you, but when he hears you jump out, he turns around and you both yell loudly. You stop when you realize who it is.
“What are you doing here!?” you yell at him.
“I could ask you the same!” yells back Roger.
“Um, this is my room!”
“No, this is my room! See, I have a key!”
“Well I do too! What’s happening?”
“I’m not sure!”
***
“What do you mean you overbooked us!?”
You both were at the front desk of the hotel as the lady apologizes over and over again for the inconvenience.
“I’m so sorry. All of our rooms are packed and someone made a mistake.”
“Are there any other hotels nearby?” you ask.
“I’m afraid not ma’am.”
“So, we’re supposed to share a room together? Me and a stranger?” you ask.
“I mean, we have met and already spoke to one another. Look,” says Roger. “There’s only one bed. Do you have a cot you could bring up?” he asks.
“I’m afraid not. They’re all being used right now.”
Roger looks to you and exhales while shrugging.
“Do you want to sleep in the airport?” he asks you.
“No way.” you tell him.
“Neither do I. Who knows how long it will be. I promise I’m not weird, I’ll stay on my side-”
“Are you serious!? You’d really share a room with someone you don’t know!?” you ask, shocked.
“I’d choose that before sleeping in an airport on their tiny chairs.”
You think about it for a moment and close your eyes, sighing. You slowly nod your head and turn around, walking away. You can’t believe you were doing this.
***
“I’ll take the left side and you can have the right. There will be a pillow between us at all times, got it?” you ask.
Roger puts his hands up fast in defense.
“Got it.”
You nod and look around awkwardly, not knowing what to do. Roger sits on the bed and stares forward at the empty TV.
“We could order room service?” you ask. “They say it’s comped.”
Roger sits up straight and nods. You make a call and order it fast.
“Oh,” you say before they hang up. “And send us up the strongest thing you’ve got.”
Roger watches you impressed as he smiles.
“Strongest thing they got, huh?” he asks amused.
“I think we’re gonna need it.”
“Now listen, I don’t know how long we’re gonna be stuck for, but don’t you go and fall in love with me.” he randomly and cockily says.
You’re taken back by what he just said and you laugh loudly, shaking your head.
“Wow. I can assure you that won’t happen.”
“Good. Same for me.”
“Well good.”
“Good.”
Good.”
***
“Oh, Roger…”
You’re not sure how it happened, but it did. You both had a drink and then another and then another and so on. Your mind was cloudy and the more you drink, the yummier Roger got. Something you didn’t think could happen to this gorgeous man. You both were sat on the bed with your drinks in hand while he was telling you stories about his band mates.
“That Freddie guy seems really fun.” you tell him.
“Yeah, he’s amazing. He’d really like you.”
Your confidence was high as you leaned forward and wiggled your eyebrows playfully.
“Do you like me?” you ask in a fake seductive tone.
You were just being funny, but Roger went serious.
“I do.” he whispers, looking from your eyes to your mouth. “A lot actually… And I just met you.”
Your smile slowly falls as you stare into his blue eyes, shocked by his blunt statement. You weren’t sure what to do or say to this stranger as you both just stared at one another. Before you can do anything, he had leaned all the way in and kissed you, causing you to gasp. You definitely weren’t expecting that. You never kissed strange men you didn’t know, but this was different. He didn’t feel like a stranger to you anymore. You felt like you had known him your whole life.
So, now the two of you were wrapped around one another as his mouth was attached to your neck and you were groaning loudly at every hard thrust he did. Your hands were pulling at his hair and you were high on this moment, feeling like you could melt at any moment.
“That feel good?” he whispers against you.
All you could do was moan out a noise, telling him yes. He speeds up his thrusting and before you know it, you both are gasping and moaning out as you reach your high.
“Fuck,” he whispers out harshly.
You’re both breathing hard as he lays on top of you, exhausted from your previous activities.
“I-” he breathes out. “I never do this.”
Your chest heaves as you laugh and nod.
“Neither do I.” you whisper back.
Roger laughs with you and sits himself up on his elbows.
“I don’t even know your last name.” he says, smirking.
You roll your eyes and shove him away playfully.
“Taylor,” he says. “Roger Taylor.”
You sweetly smile to him.
“Maybe if you’re lucky enough, I’ll tell you.” you whisper.
He laughs and continues to look into your eyes.
“This is weird, isn’t it?” he asks, suddenly insecure.
“Do you regret it?” you ask, bringing your hand up to move a piece of hair from his eyes.
Roger shakes his head and smiles.
“No. I don’t.”
“Then it’s settled. Not weird. Unless if you’re going to keep talking and officially make it weird-”
Before you can finish, you’re giggling as he leans down and kisses you.
“No talking, yeah?” he asks, a smug look on his face. “I think I can make that work.”
You’re laughing loudly as he begins kissing your neck and all of a sudden it’s time for round two.
***
RINGRING RINGRING
You’re startled awake as your cell phone goes off. You’re sore and exhausted as you reach around for it and bring it to your face. You notice sunshine beaming in from your window and your heart almost falls. The clock on your phone reads exactly 8am and you answer the unknown number.
“Hello?” you ask, your voice groggy.
“Hi, Miss Y/l/n? This is Julie calling about an update on your flight. We are ready for take off and your flight will leave today at 10am.”
You sit up straight and look over at Roger, who’s sprawled out still in a deep sleep. You thank the lady and hang up fast. You shake Roger a bit, causing him to stir awake. His face scrunches up as you lean down and sadly smile to him.
“We fly out today.” you whisper to him.
He can’t help but frown.
***
“32 F. This is my seat.” you tell Roger as you slide by the window and sit down.
He frowns when he realizes he’s sitting rows behind you. He finds the man who would sit next to you and starts up a conversation. Before you know it, Roger slides next to you with a smug smile on his face.
“Did you trade seats with that guy?” you whisper to him.
He nods proudly and you can’t help but smile. A flight all the way to England would be long and tiring, so you’re happy that you have him beside you to make it easier.
***
“Enjoy your stay in England.” says the pilot as you all begin to land.
You were exhausted, but excited as you finally land in England. Roger was just happy to be home. He helps you out of your seat as you all walk off of the plane. He helps you find the way to retrieve your luggage as you all stand there and wait for forever. You spot yours and he helps grab it. When you both have your luggage, you realize it’s time to go your separate ways. You both stand in front of each other and awkwardly smile, but secretly hoping this wouldn’t end.
“Well,” you start, not knowing what to do.
You hold your hand up for him to shake and he just smiles and takes it.
“It was very nice to meet you, Roger.” you tell him.
“Likewise, y/n.”
“Perhaps we’ll run into each other during my stay.” you say, smiling sweetly.
“Perhaps we will.”
You both stand there and continue looking at each other until you grab your luggage and take in a deep breath.
“Well, I guess I should go…” you say, not wanting to.
“Oh, yeah. Me too.”
You sadly smile and walk around him and towards the doors. Roger’s still standing there until something clicks. He turns around fast and yells for you.
“Y/n!”
You stop and turn around fast, happy he said something.
“I still don’t know your last name!”
You smirk and bite your lip for a moment.
“I’ll be staying in the heart of London at The Brewery. Find me there and maybe I’ll tell you.”
Roger’s face lights up as you both just smile. You hold your hand up and wave, receiving a small wave from him. Maybe he’ll go to the hotel. Maybe he’ll find you. Maybe you’ll tell him your name. Maybe you both will fall in love. Just maybe.
(HELLO if yall have been waiting for lovey dovey and implied smut chapter, then here it is sksks i hope u all like it but dont get too all happy just yet (((:)

It’s only been two days out of the torturous week long wedding event from hell and you were already exhausted. Both mentally and physically. After your big argument with Roger, you stood in the hallway and debated with yourself if you should just get a ticket to fly back home right then and there - but you don’t. You could imagine the look on your mother’s face if you abandon everyone already.
Besides, it would make you look like the total cry baby everyone already sees you as and you’re trying to change that. One again, trying. Although right now would show differently as you sob to yourself in the hotel’s hallway. You were a mess as you think about who you could go talk to about everything that’s already happened since the second you arrived here. You know just the person.
***
“Everything was a lie! Or… At least I thought it was. I had no idea Roger felt that way about me!”
You’re sat on your mothers bed as you sob in her arms. She’s gently rubbing your back in an attempt to calm you down - something that worked often.
“And then he goes and says that horrible thing to me! Why would he say that!?” you ask as you lean away to look at her.
Your mother is sadly frowning as she reaches forward and wipes away a few tears from your swollen cheeks.
“People tend to make others feel as bad as they do. Why? I’ll never be sure. Why did you lie about you and Roger being together? You know you didn’t have to do that, honey.”
You roll your bloodshot eyes and stand up from the bed as you walk away with your back facing her. You cross your arms and shake your head.
“Yes I did, mom! Do you know how it feels to have your sister marrying a man you were once in love with!? It’s torture! Why him? Why does she have to marry him!?” you ask loudly as you begin sobbing once more.
Your mom stands up and walks over to you as she brings you in for another hug.
“I have no idea why she did what she did, sweetie. I need you to know how sorry I am that this has happened to you. My heart breaks for you, baby girl. But look at me,” she says as she cups your face with her hands. “You have a man that just confessed he’s in love with you. You just confessed to me that you’re in love with him. What are you still doing here!? Forgive what he said to you. He’s had to watch on the sidelines when you and Alex were together, so believe me when I say that he probably knows a thing or two about heartbreak.”
Your face falls as your mother speaks. She was right. She was always right. Roger was there through your whole entire relationship with Alex and even way before that. He’s had to listen to you blabbering about Alex non stop when you were with him. Your heart falls as you nod to her and smile, finally understanding what it is you need to do.
“Everything that has just been spoken in this room, stays in this room. Okay? Nobody will find out. I promise.” she says sweetly as she moves a piece of hair from your face.
“Thanks, mom.” you whisper as you pull her in for one last hug.
She kisses you on the cheek and you’re suddenly out of her room and hurrying to the closest elevator. You impatiently wait for it to get to you and suddenly fly into it. You press your floor number repeatedly - as if that makes it go any faster. Your legs are shaky as the doors slowly open up and you sprint out. You retrieve your room key from your pocket and are finally standing in front of your door.
You hesitate for a moment as you stare down at the handle. You take in a deep breath and swipe the card, watching as it turns green - telling you it worked. You press down on the handle as the door opens up. You walk inside and allow it to shut behind you, rather loudly. You hear something as fast footsteps get closer and closer until Roger’s standing across the room with a half worried expression on his face. His shoulders fall as he lightly shakes his head.
“Y/n,” he whispers as you take a step forward. “I’m so sorry for what I said. I didn’t mean any of it and I just need you to know how sorry I a-”
Before he can even finish his sentence, you had already walked across the room and straight up to him. You leaned up and hurriedly press your lips against his, cutting him off. He’s taken aback for a moment before leaning in to you and slightly moaning. Your hands find their way into Roger’s hair as his slowly slide up your sides and cup your face. The kiss speeds up as you slip your fingers under his shirt and slip it over his head. Your lips are back together in an instant as he starts unbuttoning yours.
“Do you really love me?” you whisper against him.
He pauses for a moment and leans away to look into your eyes. He looks to your mouth and back to you.
“I do.”
You smile as you graze your lips against his.
“Then show me.” you purr.
Roger’s eyes go wide for just a moment before he dips down and picks you up, causing your legs to swing around him and for you to playfully giggle. He walks to the bed and places you down as you laugh. He hovers over you and nips at your neck, causing you to arch your back.
“I’ll show you.” he whispers.
Roger then lowers himself until he’s perched between your legs. He’s looking up at you with his big blue eyes and you swear you were done for then and there.
“I’ll show you in so many ways.” he growls just before unbuttoning your pants and slipping them down.
***
“Wow,”
You both were laying in bed as your naked limbs are tangled together. Your head was perched on Roger’s chest as his hand soothingly rubs up and down your arm. Your heart was beating fast and you both were completely out of breath from you previous activity. You look up to Rog and smile widely as he does the same.
“Good?” he asks teasingly.
You shrug and bite your lip.
“Could use some improvement.” you joke with him, causing his brows to raise up.
“Oh, really!? Improvement, huh? Guess we’ll just have to try again.”
He hovers back over you quickly and begins kissing your neck as you laugh loudly. But before anything else can happen, your cellphone begins ringing. You both pause as you roll your eyes and sigh. Roger rolls next to you as you lean forward and realize it’s your sister calling you.
“Sort of busy at the moment.” you say fast as you answer.
“Sorry for bothering you, but we’re all waiting for you at dinner… Like usual.”
You sit up fast and shake your head confused.
“Dinner!? Nobody tells me anything! Don’t you have like a spreadsheet with times on them? This is exhausting.”
“Exhausting? What’s exhausting is having a sister who’s late to everything! And who apparently has trouble listening!” she half shouts.
You hear someone in the background get on to her for her tone of voice.
“Don’t wanna keep you waiting any longer.” you say as you hang up.
“I had no idea about dinner reservations for tonight.” says Rog.
You jump up from bed and rummage around to find a long dress to slip on fast. You pull your hair up as Roger changes quickly.
“Apparently we have to be mind readers.” you tease as he walks up and kisses you.
“This will be our first dinner as…” he lingers, wanting you to say it.
“As two people who just slept together.” you tease causing him to playfully roll his eyes. “And as two people in love.”
Roger sweetly smiles as he brings your hand to his mouth and kisses it. You suddenly remember that everyone’s waiting for you as you jump and hurry to the door.
“Let’s go before Ellie freaks out even more… Actually… Maybe let’s wait a little longer.”
“Let’s go.” laughs Rog as he grabs your hand.
***
“Finally!” says Ellie as you two walk up to the outside dining area.
It was a beautiful night as a light warm breeze washes over your skin. It couldn’t be anymore lovelier.
“Sorry, we got caught up with something.” you say as Rog scoots your chair back for you.
“I wonder what that was.” says Ellie with a hint of anger in her voice.
“You two look glowing tonight.” says your mother as she smiles at you with a knowing look.
“I feel like I’m glowing.” you say back as you look to a giddy Roger, him leaning in to kiss you.
You hear a low sigh and look across the table from you as Alex diverts his eyes anywhere else. You feel a faint smirk fill your face as everyone begins talking among each other. The waiters bring out your meal as your stomach growls. Nobody’s paying you or Roger any attention and you decide to take advantage of that. You bring your hand under the table and slowly place it on Roger’s thigh. He slightly jumps and looks over to you - you’re looking down at your food as you listen to your mother speak. Just then, you slowly raise your hand up to his upper thigh and feel Roger squirm.
“That’s not very nice.” he whispers in your ear as he leans in close.
You hold back a giggle as you look to him and act completely unknowing and innocent.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about.”
Roger half growls as you squeeze his leg and raise it up even more, placing it over his now hard crotch. Roger’s jaw is tense beyond belief and his breathing has become fast. You take the chance to gently squeeze him, which sends him into a coughing fit as he tries to hide the loud moan that was about to make its way out. Everyone stops and looks to him - his face bright red.
“You alright, dear?” asks your mother with a worried look.
“I’m gonna go ask for more water.” he says fast as he stands up and turns around fast to hide his hard on.
“I’m gonna go with him.” you say in the most worried tone you could possibly do.
“Might be a good idea, hun.” says your dad as he watches you two walk away.
Instead of going to the kitchen, you both hurry to the nearest bathroom and walk inside. Roger locks it as you spin around.
“Are you sure you’re alright?” you ask sincerely just before he spins and forces you against the wall.
You groan as he smirks.
“I know exactly what you were trying to do.” he growls.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about.” you purr.
Roger shakes his head in frustration as he dips his mouth near your ear.
“Turn around.” he commands.
You do exactly as he says. You spin around and are pushed against the wall once more. Roger grabs your dress and hikes it up. He presses himself against you harshly as he groans.
“Naughty,” is the last thing he says before practically ripping your panties down.
***
“Does my hair look decent?” you ask out of breath as you check it in the mirror.
Roger’s zipping up his pants as he smiles and walks behind you, gently kissing your neck.
“You always look beautiful.”
You turn around as you smile and kiss him once more.
“We don’t have to stay for dinner, ya know. You’re not feeling well, remember?” you jokingly ask him.
You both exit the bathroom as Roger sneaks away and back to the room. You make your way back to the table as everyone looks up to you.
“Roger’s not feeling the hottest right now. I think we’re gonna go back to the room.”
“Is he alright?” asks your mother.
“There’s a medical team on sight if he needs one.” explains your father.
“Is he really sick or are you just making an excuse so you two can shack up again? This is my wedding week, you know. Not a lover's retreat.” says your sister.
“Ellie!” scolds your mother.
“You know what, El,” you say. “Not everything continuously revolves around you, but I know that must be hard when you think you’re the sun.” you spat just before walking off and leaving Ellie with a shocked look.
You ignore all of the whispers behind you as you make your way back up to Rog. He’s laying in bed with his arms behind his head. You walk inside and he’s instantly looking away from the TV and at you.
“How’d it go?” he asks.
You smile as you trot over to him and get on the bed. You slide next to him and place your head back on his chest.
“I overheard my mom talking about how tomorrow we’re all going horseback riding on the beach.”
“Sounds… Cheesy.” says Rog, causing you to laugh.
“Is it bad that I hope Ellie’s horse is the slowest?”
“Not as much as I hope Alex’s horse knocks him off.”
You burst out laughing as you cover your mouth.
“We’re horrible people.” you whisper.
“At least we’re horrible together.” whispers back Rog.

“I promise to call you every night I’m away.”
He failed that promise two weeks in to tour. A call every day turned into a call every other day, which turned in to three calls a week, then two, then one and then it stopped. Every time your phone rang, your heart would jump at the sound of it. You were hoping it would be Roger on the other line, but it wasn’t. You haven’t talked to your boyfriend in two weeks and it was beyond miserable.
Was he okay? Was he safe? Was he… You didn’t dare think of that. Roger is a man of many things, but not a cheater. At least that’s what you told yourself until he was on the cover of a magazine in your local grocery store. It was a picture of him with his tongue down some brunettes throat, one hand squeezing at her bum and the other tugging at her hair. That’s exactly how he kisses you. There was a lump in your throat as you dropped the magazine and rush out of the store, leaving your cart behind. You were sick and confused, hoping maybe - just maybe - that wasn’t him. You would find out.
You hurried home and go straight for your phone. You dig through your drawer and search for a number Roger gave you to call if there was ever an emergency. And to you, this was an emergency. You dial the number and wait until it starts ringing. Several seconds pass until someone picks up.
“Hello?”
It was the voice of a girl as she giggles and is whispering to someone. Loud music is blaring in the background as people shout out. Your heart breaks as you place your hand over your chest and clutch at it. You forgot how to breathe as you close your eyes and feel yourself tremble.
“Heeeello?” she asks again, obviously irritated.
“Um,” you start, clearing your throat. “Is Roger available?” you ask, your voice barely audible.
“Who?” she asks loudly, not hearing you.
“Roger!” you say loudly, causing her to pause.
“Oh, um, he’s actually busy right now. Can I take a message for him?”
You roll your eyes and swallow hard, hoping the contents in your stomach wouldn’t find their way back up.
“Yes. Tell him his girlfriend called.” you say, making sure to say girlfriend a bit louder.
The girl almost gasps as the phone moves around a bit, sounding muffled.
“Oh, hold on one sec. I’m so sorry.” she says fast.
You can hear her whispering in the background and you can make out Roger’s voice. The moment you hear him, you cover your mouth as your eyes squeeze shut and you sob quietly.
“You have a girlfriend?” asks the girl, very confused.
“What are you talking about?” he asks, laughing.
“She’s on the phone, you idiot! I bloody answered it!”
There’s a slight pause when you finally hear him mumble ‘shit’. The phone moves around and you take in a deep breath, not able to say anything.
“Baby?” he finally asks.
You can tell he’s forcing himself to act calm and force a smile as he speaks. You shake your head and lean it against the wall, unable to speak.
“Baby, are you there?” he asks, getting worried.
“Sorry for interrupting you.” you whisper to him.
Roger’s voice is rushed and desperate as he yells out for you and tries to explain what’s happening, but you don’t want to listen. You hang up quickly and began sobbing loudly and hard. Your body leans against the wall and slowly slides down until you’re on the ground. Your phone begins ringing, but you don’t answer. You don’t want to answer anymore.
Day after day, your phone has been ringing off the hook. You know it’s Roger and you can’t find it in yourself to talk to him. You couldn’t and didn’t want to hear him confirm the fact that he’s been cheating while on tour. You don’t think you could go through it. The two of you were done, but you didn’t tell him that. You’ll let him live his life and you’ll live yours. Apparently that’s what he wanted.
***
It had been 3 weeks since your phone call with Roger and he was still trying to contact you. The ringing of the phone had become mere background noise and you didn’t pay attention to it at all. One night, the phone had been ringing like crazy as you entered the house. You had went out with a friend and arrived home tipsy and frustrated by everything that had happened. You looked around your living room as a thought invaded your mind. This wasn’t your living room. In fact, this wasn’t your house. It was Roger’s. You were just somebody keeping the bed warm until he gets home. It wasn’t your home, but you came to the conclusion that you would find one. And soon.
You saw an ad in the paper for a two bedroom and one bath house that fit your price range perfectly. You got all dressed up and head out to meet with the realtor. You walked through the house and love every inch of it. Something finally felt like home to you. You sign the papers and you’re told that within three months, you could move in and begin your new life, Roger free.
You decided to walk around your new town and explore. You walk inside a cafe that was also a bookstore. You were intrigued as you order a drink and browse all of the books on the shelves. You pull a book off and look at it when someone starts speaking.
“That’s a really good one.”
You look up and a handsome man with dirty blonde hair is watching you with a smile on his face. You blush and smile back as you look back down at the book.
“Oh, yeah?” you ask. “It looks really good. I might just get it.”
“Wait, don’t move.” says the man as he hurries to the front desk and talks to the person behind the counter.
He comes walking back and raises his brows.
“It’s all yours.” he says.
Your face goes shocked.
“But, I haven’t paid for it yet.” you explain to him.
He shrugs and waves you off.
“I have connections with the owner. It’s fine.”
“Oh my gosh. Thank you!” you tell him, grinning. “And I’ll have to thank him as well. That was so kind.”
“Well,” starts that guy. “You could thank him by having some coffee with him possibly?” he asks, a hopeful look on his face.
You stare at him for a moment and then a sly grin forms on your face. It finally clicked.
“You’re the owner, aren’t you?”
He laughs and reaches his hand out for you to shake.
“I’m Henry.”
You sweetly smile and shake his hand.
“Y/n.” you tell him. “And Henry, I would love to have that cup of coffee with you.”
And for the first time in a long time, you found yourself with someone who wanted you as much as you wanted them.
***
Your relationship with Henry was amazing. You haven’t been this happy in a while. He would surprise you with flowers at work and cook you dinner at his place almost every night. It felt nice to be wanted again. Although you were on cloud nine, you still found yourself thinking about Roger. You had been spending a lot of nights over at Henry’s, in fear of your phone ringing continuously still.
Two months passed and you still haven’t spoke to Roger. You and Henry were officially a couple and you couldn’t be happier. The two of you were over at Roger’s house, gathering and packing your things. You get to move into your new home tomorrow and you were so excited to start a new chapter in your life.
“How much longer do you think?” you ask Henry as he takes out another box of your stuff.
“I think we got it all, babe!” he calls out as he walks outside and to the car.
You stand in the middle of the living room and look around your once home. You think about all of the memories you and Roger have shared here. Right where you stand is where you two had your first kiss. Right in that bedroom is where he told you he loved you for the first time. Your heart is heavy as you wipe away a stray tear from your face. You’re lost in your thoughts when suddenly the home phone rings. You jump a bit and look towards the kitchen. You walk up to it and without thinking, answer.
“Hello?” you ask, sniffling a bit.
“Y/n!?”
It’s Roger. The sound of his voice makes your heart jump. You almost gasp.
“Y/n, love. I’ve tried calling. Are you alright?”
You take in a breath and nod your head.
“I’m fine, Rog.”
You can practically hear him smiling through the phone. His voice is slurred, which tells you that he’s been drinking.
“Baby,” he starts. “I’m just right outside town. Our driver says I’ll be home in thirty minutes. I was worried about you so I left early. I’m coming home to you.”
Your eyes flutter close as tears sting at your eyes.
“Roger,” you whisper.
“I’ve been so lonely without you. I’m so sorry, my love. For everything.”
For everything. He means cheating on you with who knows how many women.
“I’ve been gone for so long, I know, but I’m almost home, alright? I’ll make everything up to you. I swear.”
“Don’t bother.” you whisper. “I’m not going to be here.”
There’s a long silence as he takes in what you’ve just said.
“Y/n,” he whispers to you. “Please don’t go. Please. I can still make it.”
“There’s somebody else, Roger. Somebody who wouldn’t go weeks without speaking to me. Who wouldn’t cheat on me.”
Roger sighs and groans a bit, a silent sob escaping his lips.
“Listen, I’ll make it up to you. I’ve been a complete asshole and I’m so sorry. Please don’t go. I’m hurrying, alright? Thirty minutes and I’ll be there. Just promise me you’ll be there. Okay? Can you just promise me that?”
You sigh and lean against the wall, your heart hurting.
“Y/n, please?” he says, his voice breaking.
“I can’t make that promise.”
“Please,” he cries out. “Please. I can still make it.”
You’re torn between hanging up on him and falling back into his arms. You hated this. You think for a moment and nod your head.
“Fine.”
Roger smiles and begins speaking fast, trying to hurry.
“I’ll be right there. I can’t wait to see you, love. I’ll be right there.”
You hang the phone up and are breathing fast. He’d be here soon.
“You ready to go?” asks Henry, walking into the kitchen.
You look at him with sad eyes as he looks at you lovingly.
***
Roger was right. It only took him thirty minutes and he was pulling up to his home. Before the car even fully stopped, he was jumping out of the door and running up to it. The porch light was on and it was lit up on the inside. He smiles to himself as he unlocks the door and bursts inside. He looks around fast.
“Y/n?” he calls out.
It’s silent. He frowns as he walks forward and into his room. All of your things were gone. He panics and runs to the kitchen, but it’s empty as well. His heart falls as a tiny piece of paper lays on the kitchen counter. In your handwriting it reads, Welcome Home, Roger.
You weren’t there. You didn’t stay. You left. And all he had left of you were the memories of yesterday and a note with your handwriting.
