Today was Hip Opener Variation for our #puffpuffpose #yogachallenge !! Yay! It's snowing today guys! So I'm throwing it back to Cheeseman park a few weeks ago when it was nearly 70 degrees! • I'll admit I was one of the few saying it wouldn't happen again (at least in Denver), but the snow gods blessed me with one more snow day! Oh my gosh 😳 I've been practicing my #chinstand by dropping down from #pinch pose because that's the only way I could figure out how to fluidly get into it. But @kaysea__ showed me this drop down and even though I was leaning too much weight on my chest I know next time I try it, it'll look a whole lot better! I love seeing progress! ☺️🙃🙌🏼 Attended the Bend and Blaze yoga class tonight in downtown #denver and it was a fantastic experience! Running slightly late, I took a fat dab and we started a pretty intermediate style class.
